New Boutique Hotel/Condo 1.5 blocks from the beach & boardwalk #9

5100 Vacation Club is a boutique Condo hotel property. Ideally located one beach block from the Famous Wildwood Boardwalk and Beach. Also a few blocks from the Convention center to the left and Wildwood Crest to the right and the mile long bike path. It is the perfect location! Walkable to many great restaurants and activities. There is a wonderful green space with outdoor furniture, barbecue grill, outdoor dining tables and an in-ground pool with sun loungers.

There are a total of 11 condos at the 5100 Vacation club, each condo unit comes fully equipped with 2 full bathrooms or more, a furnished private balcony and 1 parking space (additional parking may be purchased).

Junior Family Suites sleep 7 people comfortably, approximately 600 sq ft. 2 bedrooms (The primary bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk room with double sized bunk beds), 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room with a futon Sofa Bed sleeping 1 comfortably and 2 balconies.

Common space includes beautiful green space area with outdoor furniture, pool, pool deck with sun loungers, and laundry room on site.

The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom, 42" Smart TV and blackout shades. Our bunk room comfortably sleeping 4 guests, double sized bunk bed ample storage for all guests. Each bathroom has elegantly tiled showers.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with service ware.

The living room consist of a 50" Smart TV with internet for streaming and a Comcast cable package. There are lots of windows to enjoy the sea breeze if you choose. Each room also consist of individual heating and cooling units. All suites have professional fire alarm systems, actively monitored as well as fully fire sprinklered systems. 5100 Vacation Club is a Smoke Free property, including both indoor and outdoor space.

There is no daily housekeeping, towels are exchanged every 3 days included in rental price. Towel Service upgrades are available and must be reserved. Upgrade daily towel exchange $25 per day per suite, per weekly reservation, with this option your towels will be exchanged daily.

One parking spot is included with rental of our Junior Family Suite (assigned spot). The parking is from check-in time and the vehicle must be removed at check-out time, or charges will apply. Please contact us for a possible early arrival and late departure for an additional fee if available. Additional parking passes may be purchased for the duration of stay for $155. The parking pass allows you to park anywhere in Wildwood at a metered spot on the street. 5100 Vacation Club is located 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, most streets in our area are metered. Please book in advanced as these will sell out quickly!

Sick of lugging chairs to the beach? We offer beach boxes located on Leaming and the beach a few feet away from the ocean. The box will be stocked with 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 1 Tommy Bahama umbrella, there will be plenty of room for you to leave all your sand toys as well. A key will be provided and must be returned at check-out. Please book in advanced as these will sell out quickly!

Great time in Wildwood

Location is 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It was perfect! The unit is completely renovated and had all of the accommodations of home! This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will be back!

Cozy 2BR place away from the crazy

The place was small but cozy with enough room for the adults and kids. Air conditioning was nice and the pool was nice as well. The kid's door had a lock, but not the master bedroom strangely. It was quite a haul down the boardwalk from the end, but it was quiet and close to restaurants.

Condo was very clean and management responded quickly to questions or concerns. Limited outdoor seating at pool and outdoor space. Always full. Parking is down the street. They sell you an additional street parking pass for extra cars and will only accept cash for it. Seems shady to me.

condo trop petit pour 7 personnes. D'ailleurs il n'y a que 4 chaise de cuisine. Avions payé surplus pour beach box et il y a eu un mélange de clé qui fait que d'autre personne on eu accès à notre beach box et on pris certain effet personnel (nous avons pu les récupéré après avis au gestionnaire). Un condo nous avait été attribué et finallement on nous en a donner un autre 1 étage plus haut (sans ascenseur). Nous ne retournerons pas à cet endroit pour le prix.

Property just as it shows inside and out. Very clean and convenient. Only complaint is the bathroom sinks dont drain very good. There are no shelf’s in bathroom or anywhere to place bathroom items other than the back of the toilet. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect For Our Family

The apartment was exactly as described, and we had plenty of space for our family of five. It was well furnished and equipped with the essentials, it was clean, and it was tastefully decorated. Amy was very responsive with answers to my questions, and when we had an issue with the lock on our balcony door, she sent someone over right away to fix it. The location was ideal, and very close to multiple restaurants, ice-cream, mini golf, bike rentals, and the beach. We'd love to go back again in the future!

Clean and close to the beach!

The place was clean and had it's own pool. Pool did look cloudy. Smaller than we expected rooms to be per the pictures shown. We got there early and were able to park there in their lot and go to the beach until we could check in which was a great help! Good area and 1 1/2 blocks from the beach! Wasn't aware that for a 3 night, 4 day stay, we would only be provided with the towels given with no exchange unless you paid more. The place only had minimal toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen. No trash cans in bathrooms and only 2 trash bags provided for the whole stay for 5 women. Wasn't informed of this up front when rented that we'd have to do our own maid service. More info should have been given immediately upon initial rental from their website. I prefer speaking to someone but was only able to communicate thru email. I wasn't aware you could have early check-in or get a parking tag for a 2nd car until a few days before our stay and then it was too late to choose these options. Better communication up front will help this place.

Great place! We loved it!

First of all, booking on the website was super easy! We were 6 in the room (my family and 3 friends), we arrived first than our friends, and met Amy, who was super friendly and so nice. She asked to us to parking in the property to take our stuffs from the car, then she gave us the directions to go to the private parking lot, it’s close from the property and safe. She showed us our suite and explained everything about the condo, and offered great recommendations around the property, like good places to have fun and restaurants. Our friends, arrived soon after and they had the same great welcome. The property is conveniently located about 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk and also central to things in town. The suite is modern, very clean and spacious. Having a full kitchen was great. We certainly have found our annual summer rental!

Great Time Down the Shore

This was in a great location - 1 block from the beach and boardwalk, plus plenty of restaurants and mini golf within a 10 minute walk. The place was very clean, newly renovated and the grounds were beautiful with a great pool and lounge area. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice renovated property.

Enjoyed speaking to the owner of the property and listening to the story behind the property and the renovation. Location was near the end of boardwalk. Hotel was furnished with IKEA furniture and tastefully done. Next time I think I will get the bigger unit though.
