Bungalow - Only One block from the beach - Casa Conchita Melaque

New Bungalow just built in December 2019 is really comfortable.

1 Bedroom with a king size bed with memory foam mattress and AC.

Kitchen/Living room plenty of natural light with Smart TV, one Futon and Ceiling Fan.

Kitchen fully furnished with Oven, Blender, Stove, Fridge, etc.

The bathroom has a bath tub for a single person.

Outside there is an outdoor furniture and the front yard full of grass and plants.

Walking only one small block down from the bungalow you will get into the best place for swimming safely and snorkeling or just for having a good time on the beach.

Different resturants are around specially seafood during the day or tacos at night. A few of these restaurants offer live shows at night and they are maximum 2 blocks away.

Hometown is 5 minutes walking, bus station for local transportation is 500 meters away, you will not need a car to get to any place but if you want there are some rental options, probably the best option are the golf cars.

I'm Paul, I'm the father of 2 beatiful girls and waiting for a new baby. I'm living in Guadalajara due to my job (I'm software engineer) but we try to visit Melaque as much as possible. We love the beach and recently I'm really excited for fishing activities, I'm not really good but trying to improve.

I speak English and Spanish and recently I'm trying to learn french.

Why they chose this property

My mom is the owner of this property but she moved to another town where most of my relatives are located so we decided to build a bungalow in the same place where my mom has a house so finally this bungalow ready for people who is trying to have a good time in Melaque and other towns around. We also are offering the house which has 2 bedrooms.

This bungalow is just built in December 2019 and everything is with very good quality.

What makes this property unique

I can consider one of the best benefits of this property is the beach, it is only 1 block away from the beach and this side of the bay is the best for swimming and snorkelying.
Also there is montain just 2 blocks way where you can walk to the top and face get the best views of melaque specially during the sunrise or sunset, there are no words to describe the moment.
