About this property

UNIT 203 (Remodeled in 2020) 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Central Air-Conditioned Unit with a full kitchen, dining area, living room & 2 lanais. The bedrooms and Living Room all have an ocean view. A BRAND-NEW pull-out sofa that turns into a Queen Bed allows for up to 2 additional guests. All New Window and Sliding Door Coverings installed in May 2021.
New Beautyrest Pressurepoint Mattress with adjustable bed frame purchased on April 20, 2023
Unit 203 has an excellent location in the resort, close to the water, beach, pool, and restaurant with ocean views. If you book 203 you are guaranteed Unit 203. No one at the front desk will say sorry, it isn't available.
This unit was remodeled in September 2020 including Master Bathroom; Guest Bathroom, Master Suite, Guest Suite, lighting, 3 TVs, a lounge sofa, a lounge chair, and all-new artwork. All new appliances including a range, oven, refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher were also added as part of this remodel. The New Sofa and Reclining Lounge Chair are perfect for a nap or watching TV when not out enjoying Maui.
There is a Washer and Dryer inside the unit for your use along with plenty of laundry detergent.
All the Kitchen Amenities you will need including a coffee pot, toaster, blender, crockpot, knife set, and all the silver, cooking utensils, and dishes are available in the unit.
Kaanapali Shores is an oceanfront development offering hotel-style amenities: an oceanside restaurant, two pools, two jacuzzies, lighted tennis courts, a fitness and massage center, a salon, a jewelry store, a sundry store, outdoor grills, and more. The garden pool was rebuilt in 2015, featuring a water pool, cascade bubblers, water jets, a rock island, and a bridge.
Other amenities include a hand cart for food and luggage transportation from the parking lot. Iron, Ironing Board, Umbrellas for those warm showers, a DVD Player, and an HP Printer/Copy Machine for your personal use as needed.

Great stay! Excellent host!

We had a great stay. The property has lovely views of the ocean and was a good fit for our family of five. The pools were never busy and just down the path there is a beach where the kids were able to swim and boogie board. We also saw whales from the property and one day there was even a monk seal on the beach in front of the property! John and Barbara kindly provide all sorts of beach amenities, including boogie boards and beach chairs. We took advantage of the food trucks that are right next door for a couple of our dinners. Also, the grocery store is also just a short walking distance away. Thanks John and Barbara for a great stay!

All the whales!

We enjoyed our 5 night stay at the property very much. The whale watching from the lanai was amazing. The pool was very nice. It was convenient having a restaurant on the property. Having a washer/dryer was an added bonus. Would stay again.

The condo was perfect. Kaanapali Shores is a very well kept property. Staff was very friendly. The view from the condo is great. Whale watching was very exciting.

Paradise

The unit was presented exactly as described in the listing. Well-stocked kitchen and had beach chairs and bodyboards. The primary bed was amazing. Easy access to the beach and pool. We have stayed in multiple units at Kaanapali Shores and this was our favorite. Definitely will be returning and staying in this unit.

Comfortable condo, nice setting!

My family of adults stayed here for four nights. The condo has a lovely ocean view and sits right adjacent to one of the resort pools, which is very convenient! The resort itself is very clean, somewhat dated, but the staff is very friendly and the accommodations were very comfortable. Communication with our host/owner was excellent! Any minor issues or questions we had were addressed right away. Nice family resort, Kaanapali Beach is beautiful, and this condo was a nice place to stay at a reasonable cost.

We love Maui and have been going there yearly for the past 15 years. We finally decided to purchase a condo in our favorite resort: Kaanapali Shores. Now we can go when we want and decided to make our favorite resort available to you. We firmly believe it will become your favorite resort too.

Why they chose this property

When we decided to purchase a vacation rental in Maui we wanted to offer all of the amenities and care that we expected when we were renting a place to stay for the past 20 years. The amenities and features of Ka'anapali Shores met all of our expectations so here we are embarking on a new adventure. We hope to accomplish this with our new and exciting adventure of ownership.
