In this private and secure area, in the heart of the Luberon, you will have access to all amenities, tennis, horse riding, golf and many others, while being close to historic towns and villages such as Aix, Avignon, St Rémy and Cassis.

Housing
The main house has 4 rooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 king size bedroom, 2 bathrooms and an equipped kitchen.
The private heated swimming pool of 6mX8m enjoys a sunny position with natural stone walls, a charming garden and a children's swing.
A barbecue, an outdoor dining area, a ping pong table and deckchairs can be found in the middle of fully landscaped grounds.

On the lower ground floor, the lounge by the pool houses the TV, DVD, and the furnished dining room.
The kitchen has a full range of Bosch appliances.
A bedroom with a king-size bed en suite with a view of the swimming pool and with a separate shower and toilet.

Upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and an office area. A mezzanine completes the set with a sofa bed and a television and DVD player.
