Endreinigung

Hallo, unser Urlaub war wirklich schön, allerdings waren wir etwas überrascht als der Vermieter nach der Woche 250€ von uns für die Endreinigung haben wollte obwohl davon nichts in der Beschreibung stand oder bei den Extrakosten aufgelistet war. Nachdem ich beim FeWo Kundenservice den Sachverhalt geschildert habe, hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Kosten für die Endreinigung nur im französischen Originaltext beschrieben ist und nicht in der deutschen Übersetzung. Wir sind daher davon ausgegangen das die Endreinigung bereits in der Mietpauschale inbegriffen ist. Nach langer Diskussion haben wie jetzt 200 € für die Endreinigung bezahlt. Ich gehe davon aus das FeWo-direkt für fehlerhafte Übersetzung der Unterkunftbeschreibungen verantwortlich ist. Deshalb würde ich Sie bitten uns die Kosten für die Endreinigung zu erstatten. Vielen Dank! Sascha Götte
