Calme assuré, propreté à revoir

Maison au calme avec grand terrain et petite piscine bien agréable. Dommage que l'annonce ne précise pas qu'il y a deux maisons très proches (celle à louer et celle des beaux-parents qui est celle qui apparaît sur les photos derrière la piscine). Heureusement, personnes très discrètes. Dommage également que la maison manque d'entretien (peintures, chambranle en bois d'une porte déchiqueté, fils électriques dans la 2eme chambre, portes de placards qui coincent...), la vaisselle à nettoyer dès notre arrivée, poêles inutilisables vu l'état, barbecue également bien graisseux... Balai en fin de vie, pas de balayette (pourtant pratique dans une maison) et prises électriques très rares dans une si grande maison. Le lit de la deuxième chambre est un convertible style clic-clac et non un vrai lit ; j'ai dormi dans le creux au milieu, mon dos s'en souvient... Quant à la table de ping pong, vu l'état des raquettes complètement "cuites", nous ne l'avons même pas ouverte de peur de la casser ! Joli jardin mais là aussi il est dommage que des équipements à jeter traînent derrière la maison. Tout comme le parking des véhicules à refaire totalement (bois en décomposition). Salon extérieur sympathique mais ayant bien vécu... Terrain clôturé mais petit passage pour le gentil chien du voisin, donc attention à vos animaux de petite taille qui pourraient s'échapper. Un éclairage des escaliers aurait été bienvenu quand nous sommes rentrés tard. Beaucoup d'éclairages installés mais ne fonctionnent pas pour les vacanciers... En résumé, si vous cherchez le calme, c'est parfait. Si vous êtes un adepte de la propreté ou que vous cherchez un certain standing, passez votre chemin ! Maison accessible par petit chemin très caillouteux, SUV bienvenus sinon....
