The house is available from 27/07/2019 to 17/08/2019 to 1825 € per week. This recent Provencal farmhouse 165m ² facing south, all comfort and absolute calm accommodates 6 people maximum. On the floor 3 rooms 1 parental suite with a bed 160 with dressing, a second room with bed 140cm and a third room with a bed 140cm. A bathroom and a shower room; WC and lounge piano.
Ground floor: living room 38m² (TV and Wifi) and sofa, large kitchen / dining room
fully equipped: fridge / freezer, dishwasher 12 persons, microwave oven, capsule espresso machine. An office containing our personal belongings will remain closed. Shower room with wc, Laundry with washing machine, tumble dryer. .

Separated from the house an independent T2 occupied by the gardener who maintenance swimming pool and garden to offer you maximum comfort. He is a discreet man and comes to the garden only for maintenance and according to your convenience.

The south facing house overlooks a shady terrace and pool 9.5 x 4.5, very quiet on a 4000m² of land in the middle of the scrubland. Landscaped garden with lawn and automatic irrigation, orchard and vegetable garden, usually well stocked so you can do the picking. Badminton court in the garden.
It is 3 km from the picturesque village of Rognes, 20 km of Aix, Avignon 40km, 40min of the blue coast, 50 km from Marseille.
It is an ideal starting place to tour unless you prefer lazing by the pool.

The house dates from 2005. This is a traditional Provencal house comfortable. The house is facing south overlooking the terrace and pool, and a lovely landscaped garden with a wild party. You will find the kitchen garden with vegetables at your disposal and a badminton court. For the lazing by the pool there are sun loungers and other garden furniture on the terrace. For fans we let 2 adult bikes available.

Complete electrical appliances: gas hob 6 burners, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron.
