Charming little residence with direct access to the beach, 20 metres from a small shopping centre (PROXI).
Well equipped, it comprises: a living room (TV) with sleeping area (foldaway bed for 2 people) opening onto a beautiful covered terrace with countryside and mountain views, a functional kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, etc., a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom (with bath) and toilet.
You will love this property for its simplicity, its quiet and relaxing location and its proximity to the beach. Ideal for a family of four, it is practical and well equipped and will appeal to young and old alike.
Numbered private parking space in the residence's car park, which is closed by a gate.

Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
WIFI BOX rental: £39/week

Appartement agréable. Le seul petit hic, la vue sur le restaurant du balcon... Le mobilier est un peu vieux... il manque un lave linge. Sinon la plage se trouve a 30 mètres. La supérette est juste a côté, très pratique. La résidence est agréable en général. Xavier.
