The Hillside Lodge is located in the beautiful Hocking Hills region of Ohio!

Hillside Lodge is a four bedroom, log house that has been completely remodeled. The huge living room features a large, leather wrap around couch that overlooks the stone gas fireplace with a mounted, 46 inch television with surround sound.

The kitchen is oversized and features a large pantry, a tremendous amount of cabinetry, coffee bar, dishwasher, granite countertops and stainless steel applicances.

The dining room is perfect for group entertaining. The kitchen table seats up to 12 people comfortably.

There are four bedrooms all with queen sized beds. One of those rooms also has 2 sets of bunk beds.

This lodge is perfect for both small families and large groups.

The pricing starts with four guests, so smaller families or groups of couples can affordably enjoy this wonderful lodge.

This is a pet friendly location.

Awesome place!

We had a group of 7 friends staying here for a 30th birthday celebration and the place was perfect! Loved how spacious the kitchen and family room were - the big, long tables and the big sectional couch made it so nice to have us all hanging together in the same area. Hot tub was awesome as well as the fire pit area. It was nice to have Kroger and Walmart less than 10 minutes away, and great hiking trails less than 20 mins away. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better stay! We will be back!

Perfect for Multi-generational Family

We had eight family members from 17-87. The house was well suited for our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked, having some unique items (great glass storage containers and multiple crock pots). There was Plenty of cupboard space for groceries. The living room was separate from the other open areas, making it a great place for late nights or early mornings, allowing others to sleep. Everything was very clean. Good water quality and pressure. We would definitely rent here again.

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at the Hillside Lodge over the Christmas holidays. The cabin was spacious and comfortable for 12 adults. The great room and dining room both had ample seating for all. Location was great as well in the Hocking Hills region. We were about a 20 minute drive from all the major parks and trails.

Great Hocking Hills Getaway!

The Hillside Lodge is so great! Clean and the owners are so helpful. The layout and rooms were just perfect - it was our family of 9 and we fit comfortably and had the best time! The outside area made the best retreat after hiking all day!

Really great cabin, nice that the fire area is on concrete and not dirt. Ideal for children. Huge living room with space for everyone. Very comfortable stay and a great location. We would stay here again.

Family weekend getaway

We had a great time on our weekend getaway. We had 7 adults and we enjoyed the table space to play games. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space. We used the hot tub, fire pit and the green space around the house for a bucket golf tournament over the weekend.

Great home, great location.

We love the Hocking Hills area and this home was a perfect place to stay. It’s well stocked and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a family getaway. We would definitely recommend.

Great cabin and close to attractions and stores

This cabin is very well maintained. It had everything you needed. The outside patio/deck had a nice/clean jacuzzi, grill and a really nice firepit with plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again!

Cousins Retreat

This property is perfect for our yearly retreat. The dinning table is our hub with eating, games, crafting and lots of laughs. The beds are comfortable and everyone has their own space to sleep. We love it so much we booked again for next year.

Absolutely perfect!

Cabin was huge and so nice and clean. Hot tub felt amazing after a day of hiking. Fire pit is huge and perfect for gathering around. The pictures do not do this place justice! Would definitely stay here nice time in the area.

So close to fabulous

Fantastic location and set up. Good layout for family get together, nice outdoor area as well. However, outdoor furniture cushions had NO cushion to them, and were extremely faded and dirty, umbrella was broken but functions, no sound dampening at all, you can hear everything in rooms with shared walls and anyone in the common areas while in the bedrooms with doors shut, Hot Tub quit working during stay.

Grad weekend getaway

Beautiful home that was well stocked with needed kitchen items. Wonderful for large families to sit together enjoying meals and playing games! Living room was another warm gathering location! Weather did not cooperate for outdoor entertaining but it was yet another welcoming option. Would highly recommend this home!

Perfect place for large groups! has plenty of bedding and seating for 12 people. Very nice cabin and has everything you would need. Communication with Melanie was very quick and she always answered any of my questions!

Beautiful property

Perfect place to stay for our two families with kids ranging from age 6 to 12. It was such a great location to explore Hocking Hills. The stormy weather tried to get in the way of a great time but we didn’t let it! We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and the pictures didn’t do justice to the size of the kitchen, dining room and family room. Really wonderful!

Amazing stay!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We had seven kids ages 7 to 13 and there was plenty of space for them and for adults. Everything was very clean and there was a wonderful outside space to utilize. Everything was just how it was stated in the description. Plenty of nice items in a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Close location to many of the trails!!

Hiking heaven

This was the perfect getaway cabin rental for our large family. Not only was the hostess, extremely accommodating, the place was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in, the beds were incredible, everything was as it looked in the pictures. It was better than we ever hoped for! The family room is perfect for entertaining or for large groups, and the large dining room table was perfect not only for eating, but for playing board games, and doing crafts. The hiking trails were incredible and it was a beautiful, beautiful area. We definitely would go back there again .

Fabulous February weekend!

Had a great weekend with friends. Everything was clean and well communicated with the operation of the facilities. We got a snowfall the night we arrived and the owner texted and messaged the next morning that someone would be on property to clear the snow on the steep driveway and walking paths around the cabin. Location is decently close to the area attractions while still being secluded. Would definitiely recommend!

Fantastic Stay!

My Girl Scout troop spent 2 nights at the cabin and had wonderful time! The cabin is gorgeous and we had plenty of room to spread out. We were able to put girls on air mattresses in the living room, which was huge! The adults slept soundly in the comfortable beds that had the nicest sheets. The kitchen offered everything you would need to make a meal and the hot tub was a nice ending to a day of hiking. We will defiantly be back, thank you for hosting us!
