Comfortably sleeps 6 with king in the master, a queen sleeper sofa with extra thick mattress, and full size bunkbeds with sturdy steps to top bunk and Trundle in guest room. The master bath has a walk-in shower and stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. 3 new flat screen HDTV’s with DVD players accompanied by a selection of DVD’s, books, and board games for rainy days. USB ports throughout condo make it easy to use all your electronic devices. Access your streaming services on smart TV or access the free Wi-Fi. Microwave, ice maker, Keurig or drip coffee makers, hairdryers, iron, and ironing board in unit. Your private balcony overlooks Lake Christine, the emerald waters of the Gulf, the East Pass, and the jetties. You can sip your coffee at morning and watch the fleet go out or watch amazing sunsets in the evening while you enjoy a cool beverage. The area is also a bird watchers paradise. Just steps away, you will enjoy a private beach access and free beach set up consisting of 2 lounge chairs and a beach umbrella on the sugary sands of Destin. Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year staying 10 weeks in Unit 516. It is our Home Away from Home get away from the cold winter in Minnesota. Unit 516 is comfortable. It has all you need in the kitchen. The baths have been upgraded and the washer/dryer are certainly an added convenience. The sunsets are unbelievable. Only 10 months til our return in 2025!

Nice place

Unit 516

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In years past nobody has ever kicked us out of the pool at 10pm. Swimming freely at night under the stars has always been one the biggest draws to the islander but unfortunately now after paying over $3300 for the week we're told we can't even use the pool freely anymore. I'm sorry but this was a huge bummer and will definitely be a deciding factor if we return or not. There are no lifeguards during the day anyway so there is no difference plus people end up sneaking in all hours of the night anyway. It's a rediculous rule to try to enforce in a place where people want to be free and relax and enjoy the money they spent there are lots of pools in Destin, I ll have to find one that allows us to be American in America.
