The villa will be managed by "the Bonifacian concierge" and is located close to all amenities such as the center of Figari 3 min by car or 15 min on foot then by car 7 min from Pianottoli, 15 min from Bonifacio and 25 min from Porto -Vecchio and the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica such as Figari beach 10 minutes by car, 15 minutes from the beaches of Pianottoli and 25 minutes from the beaches of Porto-Vecchio or Bonifacio (Santa Guilia, La Rondinara, Palonbaggia, Canetto, Piantarella, Sperone…). This villa can accommodate up to 6 people and is completely private and individual on the ground.

On the ground floor, there is a large main room of almost 40 m² with fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, flat screen TV ...) as well as a cellar with a washing machine and a living room with a large French window opening onto a terrace of almost 30 m² with a superb panoramic view of the Figari plain and the Cagna mountain. You will then find in the 2nd part of the villa a corridor leading to 3 bedrooms with in bedroom 1, warmly decorated, a double bed of 160x200 with dressing room and sliding French window overlooking the same terrace as the living room. Bedroom 2 and 3, nicely decorated, two single beds that can be stowed and a built-in wardrobe. A bathroom with Italian shower and double sinks and finally a separate hanging toilet.

On the garden level, there is a space of almost 150 m² including a second terrace of more than 100 m² with a swimming pool secured by an electric shutter and synthetic grass for various activities for children and / or adults. (rackets, balls…).

For your comfort, household linen (sheets and towels) as well as exit cleaning are included.

Strictly non-smoking, pets are not allowed, no disabled access, cot and high chair provided. The villa being located on a hill the access of this one is done by an easement passage which can go up to 25% of slope. To facilitate this access, the path has been concreted.
