This very nice and bright studio is on the 2nd floor (without elevator) and consists of a living space of 25 sq. m. It includes :
- a living space with a confortable sofa-bed,
- a night corner with a double bed,
- a well-equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- WIFI and TV,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment and baby bed,
- an access to the residence private parking.

## Neighborhood

Located in Sevrier village, this confortable studio along Annecy lake will allow you to easily enjoy all the countryside’s animations. You will be able to try numerous nautical sports, walk along numerous hiking paths or follow the Voie Verte, a bicycle path along the Lake. You will discover Annecy Lake Ecomuseum as well as the surprising Paccard Bell Museum. Annecy Old City, with its castle and its little streets, is only 4 km away. At last, in 20 min, you will reach Semnoz ski station.
