Very quiet studio, completely renovated, on the 1st floor, overlooking an interior courtyard. Ideally located in the heart of the city: the main pedestrian shopping street is just 20m, the lake 400m, the train station 300m, the historic Old Town 200m. In front of the building entrance, a Franprix is open daily until 9:30 p.m. Possibility of free babysitter search.

Perfect Minimalist Apartment in a Perfect Location

We loved how close the place was to everything we wanted to see and do. It’s eight across the street from a grocery store, which is very convenient. Some appliances were falling apart but it didn’t affect our stay overall.

Excellent location for access to old town. Supermarket & bakery across street. Carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Kitchen tap needed repairs.

A little disappointed

Great location near train station, lake and old town. Front door glass was broken, corridor lightswitch not working, and street felt a little unsafe. The floor was a bit dirty, but the cleaner had done a quick job so she could meet us. She was lovely and carried the heavy suitcase for us up the steps. I was sad there was hardly any blue in the room. Inside courtyard was not accessible. The bathroom light was flickering. Despite these details we had a good time.

Calme et très bien situé

Logement très bien situé entre le vieil annecy et le lac. Chambre qui donne sur 1 cour calme qui permet de laisser la fenetre ouverte la nuit. Bien équipé (poele, casseroles, assaisonnement, café....). Logement conforme à la description ( 1seule chaine qui fonctionnait sur la télé mais pas besoin de télé)

Sejour du 11 au 17 juin

L'emplacement en plein centre ville était idéal pour nous, sachant que nous étions là pour le festival d'animation. Toutes les salles de cinéma principales sont à seulement 5 min à pied. En ce qui concerne le logement, le petit bémol était l'état du logement à l'arrivée (robinet abîmé, lumière de la salle de bain qui a du mal à fonctionner, manque de draps, aspirateur défectueux) , ce qui n'a pas rendu le logement très cosy. Idéal pour s'y reposer et l'emplacement mais pas pour y vivre.

Ottima posizione centrale, appartamento mal tenuto

La posizione è ottima: nel centro della città a due passi dalla zona pedonale. Ma l’appartamento è mal tenuto: il rubinetto del lavello è staccato e ciondolante, il cestino della spazzatura rotto…e ciò da mesi se si leggono le recensioni precedenti. Le lenzuola grigio scuro erano tutte grinzose e non davano l’impressione di essere molto pulite, una federa aveva un angolo strappato, la testata del letto scortecciata. Ci hanno fornito solo un piccolo asciugamano a testa per tre giorni; quando ne abbiamo chiesto almeno un altro la moglie del proprietario ci ha risposto che in Francia ne è previsto soltanto uno e non ce ne ha dati altri! In conclusione bella la cittadina e la posizione ma l’appartamento pessimo

Un logement simple, le minimum pour deux nuits.

Un court séjour agréable où tout peut se faire à pied car à proximité du centre ville. Pour deux nuits, rapport qualité-prix, c'est OK. Le minimum pour des voyageurs de passage pour faire la vaisselle ou se laver serait pas mal ! Peut être aussi réparer les petites choses ici ou là comme le robinet ou la TV pour rendre le séjour 5 étoiles ! Prévenir qu'il peut y avoir du bruit compte tenu du peu d'insonorisation avec le logement d'à côté.

Bel appartement bien situé

Appartement bien agencé et super bien situé, à 2min à pied du Lac. Seulement quelques mauvaises surprises non mentionnées dans l'annonce: un robinet et une poubelle cassé, des ampoules grillées, impossible de faire fonctionner la TV... pour quelques jours cela peut aller, mais pour 1 mois et demi... Je recommande ce logement pour sa localisation et son prix mais quelques réparations et aménagements sont à réaliser .. Enfin, il fut assez difficile de communiquer avec le propriétaire des lieux.

A nice little apartment with all you could need located across the street from the shops. Brilliant stay with friendly hosts, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Annecy!
