The apt was just the right size for my son, his girlfriend and myself. The location was perfect. Mr Bessom and Ramez were easy to communicate with and accommodate us. Would love to stay again. I love Duingt.

Perfect location for bathing and mountain walking!

Very convenient location for our needs, both bathing in the lake and walking in the mountains. Well equipped kitchen, view of the lake from the balcony. Pity there was no Wifi. We enjoyed the beautiful medieval village of Duingt! Very convenient with food shop and bakery within a couple of minutes walking. Several restaurants within walking distance. Friendly neighbours who gave us recommendations about the area.

Almost perfect

No holiday home is perfect, but this one is very, very good.We loved the private, shared lakeside garden, swimming in the turquoise lake, the beautiful views.The apartment itself is a good size, with well equipped kitchen, effective aircon, generally comfortable but could do with a little attention in places.The village of Duingt (pr Dwang) has a great bakery, a couple of shops, some bars and restaurants. Exactly what you need.The town of Annecy is special and worth a visit, just 20 minutes up the road. There's great walking in the hills surrounding the village, a famous paragliding centre for those inclined, while the high Alps are a hour's drive. If you love activity holidays, this place has got it all. Alternatively, just sit back on a sun lounger with a good book and soak up the quiet mountain-lake vibes. It's all good.

Localisation parfaite. Appartement très agréable, propriétaire/gérant accessible si besoin. On entend pas mal la route depuis de la salon mais les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Super vue depuis la terrasse.

Il s’agit de notre troisième séjour à Duingt.La situation est vraiment exceptionnelle : nous accédons directement au lac par le jardin.Seul bémol : la route passe juste derrière l’appartement mais celui-ci est très bien isolé. Donc les nuisances sont limitées.

Veel in dit appartement is oud en versleten. Bij aankomst was het appartement niet schoon. Je bent afhankelijk van hoe je voorganger het achterlaat. In een keukenkastje stonden eieren die 4 maanden over de datum waren. Ook in de koelkast stonden nog achtergelaten spullen van een voorganger. De aanwezige waterfiets mag kennelijk niet gebruikt worden. Dit werd op ons op een zeer onvriendelijk manier medegedeeld door een eigenaar van een aangrenzend appartement. Kortom, ondanks de unieke ligging aan het meer is dit geen aanrader.

environnement bruyant

Mon épouse et moi qui sommes des habitués de location de vacances regrettent que dans l'annonce la proximité de l'appart(surtout de la chambre) d'une route très fréquentée n'était pas précisée. De plus les arbres du jardin s'étant fort développés par rapport à la photo de l'annonce, la vue sur le lac était mauvaise....

Le rêve !

Appartement très bien équipé en bordure du lac avec une vue absolument magnifique. Qui fait partie d’une petite copropriété avec accès direct au lac. Un seul petit bémol, la chambre donne sur la rue qui est assez passante, il vaut mieux fermer les volets et fenêtres la nuit

Les pieds dans l'eau!

Une semaine très agréable : la proximité du lac, la vue du balcon, l'appartement et des voisins très sympathiques y sont pour beaucoup Seul bémol, le bruit des voitures la nuit. Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre qui donne directement sur la route, ce qui est un véritable problème en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Prima. Mooi aan het meer. Alle luxe aanwrzig. Goede bedden. Top. Enig minpuntje: huis ligt aan drukke weg. In tuin aan het meer niet veel last van, maar op balkon wel. Voor mij geen probleem, maar als je echt rust zoekt.....
