Fantastic pied de terre!

Great small flat in the heart of the Old Town in Annecy. Great location Close to many restaurants and a short walk from the train station. Very well equipped and the balcony was a surprisingly peaceful spot. Jean-Phillipe was super helpful too. Thank you, we look forward to returning :)

All the good restaurants are just under the apartment building! Farmers market is just outside of the front door! Close to the station too. It’s a perfect vacation apartment! Thank you!

Great location

Nice little apartment up stairs,. Above restaurants and ahops in old town. It had everything that we needed from kitchenette washing machine dishwasher. We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay, the location is outstanding.

Outstanding. This was a perfect location right in the middle of Annecy, tons of restaurants within steps, but was also quiet and peaceful as advertised. Our host was very responsive and when there was a minor maintenance issue he arrived within 30 minutes on a Sunday to fix it. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for a couple.

The best part of this was the location! Our door opened right onto the old town centre. The balcony was a nice retreat. Comfortable bed, everything you’ll need.

The apartment was clean and spacious and located right in the heart of old town. It was a short walking distance from all of the sights in old town, restaurants, and the lake. Jean-Philippe is a great host who was very helpful! You can park in the Sainte-Claire parking garage (closest one to the apartment) and put your ticket in the pay station machine and pre-pay for a 2, 3, or 5 day parking pass. This was an excellent stay!

This apartment is perfect for two people. The host provides useful amenities like a stove top, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, laundry machine, and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable, there is a fan provided and plenty of extra bedding. The location is perfect for walking around Annecy and great lake access. The space is clean and neat. The check in and out process is very easy.

We had a lovely stay. So quiet yet in amongst the heart of the Old Town. We loved getting up each morning and walking 20 mtrs to get delicious croissants and pastries from the bakery. The balcony in the apartment was lovely to spend time on...thank you Jean-Philippe

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, bien qu’étant au plein coeur de la rue piétonne, l’appartement reste vraiment très calme et frais même lors de grosses chaleurs.Le parking Sainte Claire indiqué étant toujours complet, nous vous conseillons celui de Saint Michel à 5min de marche.

Goede ligging, appartement leuk maar net niet

Ziet er erg leuk uit, ligging is perfect, maar is het toch net niet. Appartement was niet schoon bij aankomst. We zaten er 6 nachten, hadden 2 handdoeken en een theedoek. Er is een wasmachine maar geen rek om je was op te hangen. 's-Avonds op het balkon zitten kon ook niet want dan zat je in de kook- en bakluchten van de zaken eronder. Geen mes om je vers gekochte stokbrood te snijden en dat bedoel ik dus met net niet. Ligging was perfect, je kan overal te voet naartoe. Parkeren is betaald in de parkeergarage dichtbij het appartement. Genoten van Annecy, want dit stadje is erg gezellig en heerlijk vertoeven rond het meer.

Magnifique emplacement

Idéalement placé au coeur de la vieille ville. Studio un peu sombre qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais idéal pour découvrir Annecy a pied. Le petit plus, le parking (payant) juste à côté.

Au calme, bien cituée, propriétaire très aimable et disponible. Dame seule et âgée, je précise qu'il y a 2 petits escaliers à monter avec une rampe, mais j'ai pu compter sur Jean-Philippe pour monter et descendre ma valise. Une adresse à conserver.

The little apartment was just right for us. The very best part was the location. Perfect! In the heart of old town Annecy. With boulangeries and restaurants right outside the door. But not facing the street, so not noisy. We would stay again, if we ever return. Annecy is a charming town!

Très bien situé et propre

C'est un joli petit appartement, très propre et très bien situé dans une des rues piétonnes de la vieille ville mais côté jardin donc très calme. Il y a plein de restaurants et boutiques dans la rue, ainsi que le marché certains jours et le lac est à 5 minutes à pied. On peut sortir seul sans danger.

Idéal pour découvrir Annecy

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Annecy à pieds : juste à l’entrée de la vieille ville, facilité pour se garer (parking payant juste à côté). À noter que l’appartement donne dans une rue animée, mais donne de l’autre côté, donc très calme ! Séjour parfait, merci encore à notre hôte!

Hübsches 1-Zimmer Apartement inmitten der Altstadt

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Annecy. Das Apartement ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Auf dem Balkon kann man nachmittags in der Sonne sitzend etwas vom Bäcker gegenüber genießen. Wenn man auf die Straße tritt, ist man sofort auf der Gastro-Meile der Altstadt. WlAN mit sehr gutem Empfang. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Das Inserat stimmte nicht zu 100%, es gibt z.b. keinen gratis Parkplatz an der Unterkunft (diese liegt in der Fußgängerzone, aber 50-300m weiter haben wir zumindest in der Nebensaison jeden Tag ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz auf der Straße gefunden für 8,10€/24 h) und keinen Kinderhochstuhl. Der Gastgeber war aber äußerst freundlich und sympathisch und brachte uns am 2. Tag einen Hochstuhl für unseren Sohn vorbei! Dankeschön!
