Our apartment has just been completely redone in a modern and refined style.
It is fully equipped (Wi-Fi, TV, oven, induction hob, ...).
Bright and cozy, nestled under the roof, it is an ideal base to discover Annecy and its surroundings.
You will be 50 meters from the lake on foot, in a very quiet place and close to the city center.
We make sure it is a welcoming, clean and comfortable place for you to feel good and your stay is successful!
Small charming balcony.
We chose to keep the alliance of beautiful noble and warm materials like brick, beams and parquet to preserve the charm of the old and marry it with a modern and refined decoration.
The sun floods the rooms in the early afternoon, which gives so much light to our rental.
Best of all, just cross the street to get to the lake.
A small room is dedicated to the storage of bicycles.
Everything is thought to be well and spend a pleasant stay in Annecy.
You can arrive independently thanks to a connected lock.
