We offer a charming furnished and equipped studio of 25 m2 on the ground floor with small terrace and garden, in an architect's villa, located in a quiet residential area of Annecy le Vieux.
Our tenants appreciate taking a moment of rest in the peaceful garden, where two deckchairs are available. In summer, they appreciate this cool studio because oriented to the east but the view outside is south
Equipped kitchen, decorated bedroom, beautiful bathroom; you don't need to bring anything!
The studio has independent access and a parking space, the house is located on the hill, about 2.5 km from the lake and the beach of Albigny.
Transport:
- Very easy access by car (10 min from the Annecy center or north exit
- 5 min walk from two bus stops serving the city of Annecy. Important! fluid traffic and parking are free in Annecy le Vieux, for lovers of walking on small and medium mountain trails Mont Veyrier is 500 meters away. One of the Annecy cycle network trails is nearby.

Séjour près du lac et au calme

Le studio est idéalement situé. Nous étions au frais et au calme. Nous avons profité de cette petite terrasse privative qui est une vraie extension du studio .Nous étions à 8 minutes du lac en voiture, ainsi nous avons stationné sur des rues non payantes et nous avons loué des vélos pour faire le tour du lac…sans être obligé d’aller au centre d’Annecy.L’hôte était très sympathique et le logement très propre et très bien équipé.Nous recommandons vivement !.

Résidence idéalement située au calme sur les hauteurs mais proche de tout.
