We had a really good time in that apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern and very well equipped. There was plenty of written information given on the equipment, on the city and the surroundings. The welcome was very friendly and uncomplicated. We also appreciated the parking facilities. When we had a little problem on the balcony, somebody immediately arrived and solved the problem. Communication was always quick and friendly. We highly recommend this beautiful and calm apartment. Thanks a lot for everything !
We enjoyed our stay very much except for the fact that the host only provided 1 small fan in the 2BR apartment. We knew that the apartment did not have air conditioning, but we did anticipate either ceiling fans, floor fans or table fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Our world including Annecy is getting much hotter. Therefore, if owners want to rent their apartments without AC, they should provide fans for guest comfort. It’s a minimal investment that means a lot to their paying guests. Lesson learned. I will not rent an apartment again without AC unless I can confirm there will be enough fans to provide some cooling on hot days and nights. Once again though, we enjoyed everything else regarding our 6 night stay.
appartement très bien situé, car on peut accéder au vieux Annecy à pied en suivant la rivière "le thiou", calme très bien sécurisé, propre, très bon accueil avec la personne de la conciergerie.
Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, sauber und für drei Personen ausreichend groß. Die Wohnanlage selbst ist sehr ruhig und alle Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Die Tiefgarage ist super. Zu Fuß kommt man in 10-15 Minuten am Fluss entlang in die Altstadt. Eine sehr gut sortierte Bäckerei gab es direkt bei der Wohnung.Die Vermieterin hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Der Concierge vor Ort war ebenfalls immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns sehr freundlich weitergeholfen, wenn notwendig.Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Appartement 10/10, bien placé, 20 mn à pied du centre, voiture au garage sécurisé, tout le confort souhaité, accueil conciergerie parfait avec souplesse selon l'heure d'arrivée et départ. Une location à recommander.
Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et bien équipé. La place de parking est un gros +. Il est à 10 min à pieds du centre ville seulement. Il faudrait juste revoir la literie du lit double et passer sur un matelas en 160 x 200. L'ajout d'une clim serait vraiment top car nous avons eu très très chaud durant notre séjour.

L'appartement est beau et bien équipé mais il manquait des petites choses 1 vrai machine a café, bombe désodorisante pour les toilettes, la machine a laver qui n'essort pas bien, lunette des toilettes qui bouge et devoir ramener ses draps et serviettes c'est moyen même si c'était indiqué au départ.
Merci a la dame qui nous a reçu qui nous a dépannée de serviette vraiment très accueillante...

Un séjour excellent dans cet appartement très confortable,très bien équipé,moderne et fonctionnel .
Sa situation , à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du Vieil Annecy ,Le long d une rivière ,est un atout considérable ainsi que le parking couvert .Informations sur les environs très complètes et accueil très sympathique .
