It is ideal for a couple. It includes a bedroom, a living room with a small open kitchen. The linen is provided.
The garden is closed and very sunny with two terraces, one at the front and the second at the back,

Dossen beach is renowned for board sports, surfing and sand yachting.
Very beautiful walks to do by the sea on the coastal path.
Pets are allowed (2 maximum).

Beautiful location close to the beach

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactly the way it was described. The communication with the owner and Marie was easy and relieable. We felt very welcome. The area was lovely. We would love to come back.

Beautiful location

Lovely cottage in a wonderful location . The excellent beach is a few yards away and the tides around the island are fascinating to watch. In the cottage the living room and kitchen are well appointed but the bathroom is somewhat small and the shower cubicle is tiny but adequate unless you tall or of large build. The garden is pretty and totally enclosed for dogs. Parking is satisfactory. We enjoyed the house and surrounding area and had a lovely time.

Ehepaar mit Golden Retriever. Man konnte direkt vom Haus weg spazieren. Herrlicher Strand. Ruhig. Besticht durch schön angelegten Garten mit Liegen, Sonnenschirm, herrlich zum chillen. Haus wie beschrieben. Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Übergabe mit Cristel problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt, weil das kleine Haus nicht nur angenehm war, sondern die Gartenflächen wunderbar sind. Morgens bei Sonnenschein unter der im Vorgarten stehenden Tamariske; abends im hinteren Garten zwischen Agapanthus. Wirklich nur wenige Schritte zum großen Strand von Dossen und bei Ebbe den wunderbaren Spaziergang um die Insel.Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen gut nutzbar; die wirklich kleine Dusche ist aber auf für längere Personen nutzbar.Wir wurden von der Vermieterin freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet.Supermarkt und Boulangerie im ca. 2,5 km entfernen Santec; Auch mit Fahrrad gut zu erreichen.

Vacances au calme

Maisonnette parfaite pour 1 couple et notre chienne qui pouvait circuler librement à l'avant et à l'arrière de la maison entièrement clôturée.Excellent ensoleillement qui nous permettait de profiter des transats l'après-midi après une journée de balade. Le lave linge dans l'abri de jardin à l'arrière de la maison nous permettait de suspendre le linge directement dehors (original et peu gênant puisqu'il faisait beau).La petite salle de bains (surtout la douche) ne pose pas de problème, nous sommes en vacances,.on s 'adapte.La mer est au bout de la rue, la plage interdite aux chiens ne l'est pas du tout, notre chienne pouvait courir sur des kilomètres de plage (la mer est bien loin le matin). L'ile de Sieck juste à côté facilement accessible à pieds . Il n'y a pas de boulangerie au Dossen il faut se rendre au bourg de Santec à 3 km. Bref, nous avons passé une belle semaine, au calme , on se sentait en sécurité, sans oublier la bonne literie....nous recommandons vivement cette petite maison paisible.

Schöne Wohnung, leider ist die Küche und das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem Alles sauber! Kleiner Garten mit Zaun, gut für Hundebesitzer.

Calme absolu et belle plage de sable fin, parfait!

Petite maison idéalement située à 2mns à pied de la plage. La maison est meublée avec goût, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Très bonne literie et lit douillet. Point de vue propreté, rien à redire, tout était impéccable. Le jardin est de bonne taille et parfaitement clôturé si vous avez un chien. A disposition salon de jardin, parasol... Si vous aimez le calme, cette maison est parfaite. Pour les propriétaires de chien, un arrêté prefectoral est en place pendant la période estivale, pas de chien sur la plage...mais.... à marée basse la plage est immense, et nous avons pu promener notre chien matin et soir sans aucun problème ( nous n'étions pas les seuls) et à ces heures creuses la plage est quasi déserte. Ça fait plaisir de voir une maison de location équipée et meublée avec attention et confort. Le seul petit bémol, la douche qui est petite et étroite.. pas pratique pour tous. Malgré cela je recommande vivement.

Petit paradis

Magnifique endroit aux paysages à vous laisser sans voix. Plein de possibilités de ballades sans prendre la voiture. Logement fonctionnel et très propre. Bien sécurisé pour nos chiens qui ont pu profiter et du jardin entièrement clos et des plages à proximité. Séjour idéal ! Merci !
