Mobile home surrounded by nature on the edge of fishing ponds, calm guaranteed. On the entire 11 hectare property, you have several ponds (about 5 hectares of water in all), only 2 chalets and a mobile home are available for hire. The homes are far from each other, no promiscuity. Fishing is available, it is a recreational fishing (no-kill fishing). The fish present in the ponds are: carp (the largest catch 19 kg), white love, pike, roach, perch, tench, black bass. This mobile home has an area of 40 m2 plus the terrace of 18 m2. You saw on a pond and another is nearby. It consists of a living room - dining room - kitchen area, a master bedroom with en-suite shower room wc, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds per bedroom), another bathroom and a other separate wc.
Bay window opposite the sofa. This mobile home was installed in spring 2019, it is well insulated. To be able to enjoy it in the middle season, you can heat it with electric radiators present in all the rooms (towel warmer radiators in the 2 shower rooms).
Whether it is to come and enjoy fishing or just relax and feel calm in the middle of nature, you will be delighted by this comfortable accommodation in Les Gillots.

Mobil home tout confort avec terrasse au bord d'étangs de pêche

Mobilhome idéalement situé. Accès compliqué si l'on a pas un 4x4 car le chemin est quasi impraticable jusqu'au mobilhome. Pas d'eau chaude à notre arrivée, obligés d'attendre le plombier avec le proprio, la même le matin de partir ! Barque à disposition empruntée par des inconnus qui sont venus sur le terrain faire leur vie. Beaucoup d'otions mensongère de la part d'Abritel sur le logement, ex : pas de bain à remous dans la location ! très bel endroit mais je ne reviendrais pas.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Je dois simplement apporter quelques explications. Il est vrai que le chauffe eau n'a pas redémarré lorsque nous l'avons mis en marche avant votre arrivée. Le plombier est intervenu aussitôt . Il y a une barque à disposition pour chaque location, la personne qui s'est servi de votre barque n'était pas un inconnu mais juste le locataire du chalet présent sur la propriété. Il a également une barque à sa disposition et ne s'est pas servi de la sienne mais de la vôtre en votre absence. Le mobile home est complet chaque année d'avril à octobre réservés par des habitués et je ne pense pas que le chemin non goudronné empêche les vacanciers de venir. Pour ma part je n'ai jamais mentionné de bain à remous dans le mobile home, le mobile home a tout le confort mais ne possède pas de bain à remous. Les vacances sont faites pour se détendre et il est vraiment dommage que vous n'ayez pas profité de vos quelques jours pour le faire. Le domaine des Gillots est pourtant situé en pleine nature au calme.

Très agréable, calme , pas de vis à vis propriétaire très gentil dommage que la télé ne fonctionne pas et qu'il n'y avait pas de Fil a linge alors que dans le mobil-home y'a un lave linge . je recommande ce site sans problème

Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire. La télévision est réparée, c'était juste un réglage mais vu que vous m'aviez dit que vous regardiez la télé par internet et que vous n'en aviez pas besoin pendant votre séjour, je n'ai fait intervenir le dépanneur qu'à votre départ pour ne pas vous déranger. C'est dommage. Le fil a linge cassé est également remis. Nous avons l'habitude d'intervenir au maximum entre 2 réservations pour préserver la quiétude du lieu sauf bien sûr si le locataire voit une anomalie a rectifier pendant le séjour.

Calme et repos près d'un étang de pèche

Le site est très joli, l'endroit est très calme. Coin de pèche agréable, attention il est nécessaire d'être véhiculé (rien de proche). 30mn pour les commerces.

Merci pour votre gentil commentaire. Peut-être n'avez vous pas découvert les commerçants à proximité. Au village de Moux en Morvan (5 minutes) , il y a boulangerie, charcuterie, fromagerie, très bientôt supérette (fermée cause retraite mais réouverture prochaine). A moins de 10 minutes sur la rive droite du lac des Settons vous trouverez plusieurs commerces dont un qui propose de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert avec des produits de très bonne qualité. Le supermarché le plus proche est à Saulieu soit 20 mn du gîte. Tout est réuni pour passer de bonnes vacances au calme et dans la nature.
