Our modern style villa is located on the hill overlooking the typical village of Moulay Bouzerktoun surf, wind surf and kite surf spot.
Absolutely unique for its view and its modern architecture, it was designed to isolate each space in its privacy.
Hanging balconies increase this feeling of communion with the surrounding nature. Tadelakt, carpentry and decoration 100% Moroccan play contrasts with the resolutely modern architecture of the villa.
The main room on the ground floor (living room, dining room, entrance) is 100 square meters.
You can also enjoy the sunsets over the ocean and sometimes even the moonlight, installed in a very large and comfortable sofa. A fireplace is also present to organize a sweet and pleasant evening.
