Blue Cottage in the heart of Tulsa

Newly renovated cottage within walking distance to the Tulsa Fairgrounds and EXPO center (it is 700 feet or 4-minute WALK to the fairgrounds). Tulsa University and Route 66 are just a mile away. It's just a short drive to Cherry Street, Downtown, and Brookside. This 2 bedroom home is perfect for individuals, couples, and families. One of the few homes in the neighborhood with an attached double car garage! There is​ a Target, Starbucks, and Reasors (grocery story) less than a mile away.

It has lots of bright windows and is an open concept floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. It also has a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the garage, large fenced in the back yard, WIFI, Cable TV, DVD player, electric fireplace, coffee pot, and coffee. *NOTE: there are 3 exterior security cameras. They do not look into the interior spaces. There is one camera in the garage.

We had an amazing stay here! Everything was really nice and clean. The neighborhood is quaint and felt very safe. We were located near a lot of different areas of interest and we loved being close to our daughter's university. Parking in the garage was the best of the perks! No finding a place to park in an unfamiliar area or other issues we've had in other areas in the US we have traveled to. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Tulsa Trip

I booked for my daughter's volleyball tournament at Titan Complex and this was my first time using VRBO. The process was smooth and easy! The house was so cute and had everything from towels to spices! Communication was great! I will be staying here again next visit to Tulsa!

NICE HOUSE BY EXPO CENTER

Nice, simple house right behind expo center and not far from the airport. Has a convenient garage for car when it’s cold or snowing . Beds aren’t anything fancy a bit on the softer side . Open plan concept with kitchen and has a nice gas stove for cooking .

Great location!

We traveled to Tulsa from out of state for move in to TU, so we were very tired when we arrived. The house was in great condition, and we were able to relax right away. Our location was perfect for getting to/from campus. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We also loved being able to park in the attached garage.

Chili Bowl Nationals Trip

Stayed 5 nights for the Chili Bowl Nationals at the Tulsa Expo Center. This was a great property extremely close to the Expo Center. House was just what we needed inside! Fortunately, we didn’t need to bother the host for anything, and the host never bothered us. Would definitely book the property again!

Wedding in Tulsa

We planned a Tulsa visiting around a wedding and this property was a great location for exploring - close to the major attractions. While the house is in a transitional neighborhood and could use a few more refinements, it met our needs. Host was easy to communicate with.

The property was perfect for our long weekend, very comfortable and relaxing. My only constructive feedback is wanting more storage, there were no dressers, 1 bedroom had a closet but no hangers, the other bedroom has a clothes rack with a few hangers. Regardless, overall, the house was perfect for our stay!

We loved the house, it was perfect and the location was an easy drive to everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen lacked a few gadgets. The microwave is in a very awkward place - not very friendly for older people (or anyone). I would think it could be a lawsuit in the works if anyone fell off the step ladder or spilled hot food on themselves.

Most Memorable Trip of My Life!

The house is amazing. It was perfect for my family! WE loved the location and the neighborhood was super cute as well. Beds were really comfortable, every bed hurts my husbands back but he didn't have pain at all! The couch was comfortable as well. We loved the open concept and the big kitchen table! The owners were very responsive! I asked for darker shades in the bedroom and they dropped them off that day! Anything we needed they respond right away and were very accommodating! The reason I say the most memorable is because a tornado ripped through Tulsa while we were there, and the second half of our trip was canceled. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again! It's the perfect location for the Expo! OH! And having the garage to park in was quite possibly the best! We had a golf cart and were able to bring it home every night and keep it safe in the garage! Thank you for sharing your adorable home with us!!

Overall we had a great experience! However, we were concerned that we could not get the window above the kitchen to lock and there is no curtain to cover it at night. This made us a little uneasy at night. Also, the kitchen and bathroom towels did not appear clean when we went to use them. There was also a used bar of soap that was left on the window ledge in the bathroom that made us a little skeptical. The lamp in the living room did not work and the code they gave us to the front door was not correct either, so we just went through the garage.

Blue Cottage

This was a cute little home and well decorated. Very cozy and we had everything we needed. It was in the 90's in Tulsa while we were there and the home has a FANTASTIC AC, thank goodness. The neighborhood is always fantastic. We have stayed in this area a few times and it is about 15-20 minutes from everything you could want to do (aquarium, discovery lab, water parks, expo center, Reeser's, Target and several fast-food restaurants as well as sit down locations). It is close to the highways as well. We have family in the area and of course we will be back and will look to stay at this property again. Thank you for your hospitality Cherith.
