Florida Lease required. application and background check performed by the condominium is required. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5-day notice, and their $200 fee is nonrefundable. If you cancel your reservation a 3% cancellation feel will be charged to cover costs. Please note that the security deposit will be held against your credit card three days before your arrival and released after departure.
