“La Casa del Mexicano” apartment is a cozy one-bedroom, newly constructed property located on pristine sandy beach front property, approximately 50 meters from the ocean and minutes away by car from town center.

This Mexican retreat is tastefully decorated with traditional elements and accent pieces to add warmth and ambiance to a space and offers a sunlit, open living area with equipped kitchenette and specious dining space with table for 6 people and a separate bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment consists of a bright bedroom with a queen and single sized beds as well as comfy sofa bed in living room; thus, it can accommodate comfortably up to 3 persons with 5 people as maximum capacity with extra charge $15 per each additional guest after 3 guests.

Kitchenette has everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals. It includes fridge, gas stove, small convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, and many more to allow you to practice your culinary art!

Guest can enjoy morning coffee and/or sip a glass of wine in the evening on their private patio or enjoy sunrises and sunsets on shared rooftop terrace that offers a spectacular view of the ocean.

The owners are Polish-Canadian-American who purchased their house, which is on the same property, to have winter home when retire in a couple of decades :). We lived in many countries before and we find Mexico very interesting and welcoming.

Why they chose this property

You will not find another house more Mexican than this. . Big private, beachfront property with beach access. Wake up every morning to the ocean view or sit with your wine glass to enjoy memorable sunset, which you can remember for years to come.
