Quiet, in a pleasant residence with lift, cozy and very bright apartment, comprising 2 rooms overlooking the garden with balcony/terrace facing south.
As a couple or as a family (2 adults and 2 children), you will have all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
Immediately accessible by train or by car (possibility to park for free in front of the building).
Housing :
In a secure residence located boulevard des Sports, on the 1st floor with lift, apartment 5 min walk from all amenities including:
* A living room with TV (internet decoder) and a sofa bed (140x190)
* A bedroom with a double bed (140x200)
* Separate / equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
* Shower room, separate WC, washing machine.
Wifi available to travelers.
Outdoor chairs.
Umbrella bed.
Duvets and pillows provided.
IMPORTANT: linens (bed linen, towels, etc.) not provided. Possibility to ask Souad for it by warning her in advance (expenses to be paid to her on the spot).
