Washer/Dryer. No fireplace. A short walk to the Village, Ski School, and novice trails at Powder Monkey, make ski access easy for the kids. Across the street from Western Territory. Privacy in the trees, end unit, yet close to everything. Your kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to feed the whole gang, brand Names you trust - Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Wolfgang Puck, Crock Pot, and more.

SLOPE SIDE NO AIR CONDITIONING

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Gated Community, Storage Entry, and free Resort Shuttle Service to take you to the Village or Silver Creek (night skiing/tubing).

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.
