This is a very cozy brand-new 3 (king, queen, 2 queen) bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8. Rustic furnishings, high thread count linens, fluffy towels and robes, soaking tub in the master suite and outdoor fire pit help make this a truly relaxing stay.
You'll find some sweet details in this open and warm home. Perfect for lounging, inside and out. Out front, you'll find a private entry and two car garage and plenty of parking. Explore downtown Woodland by bike (2 adult bikes available for use) or by foot, or stay in and relax by the fire and watch a movie on one of the three big screen Smart TV’s, WIFI included.

Amazing property!

I stayed at this VRBO to prepare for my wedding this weekend, and it was AMAZING! They had coffee and other condiments/ingredients in the pantry, so it was a well stocked house. The bathrooms and bedrooms are so big and sooo comfy. Would absolutely stay again!

Luxury Extras

This home is a new build with brand new furnishings. There were lots of luxury and helpful extra touches. We found everything we needed and more in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The house DOES have A/C, which was not listed in the home details and very welcome because it was hot during our visit. The beds are comfortable and the two back bedrooms are very quiet and have heavy curtains to make them dark at night, which was nice for the light sleepers. The front bedroom with two queens is the only room on the street side of the property and does get more light and road/train noise. We would definitely book here again if we are in the area.

Very good month-long stay

Accommodations were quite comfortable, with the following exceptions: If noise bothers you, trains go through as often as every 20 - 25 minutes even during the middle of the night. This house sits between two very busy streets and when large trucks go by, the place literally shakes, rattles, and rolls. For the most part, I got used to the trains and traffic. The A/C struggled to keep the place cool and during 100+ temps, the indoor temp increased several degrees above the set temperature (I set it to 75). No screens on any doors or windows require you to cool the house down via A/C. I enjoyed the private backyard, comfortable bed, kitchen and supplies, bathrooms, closets, etc. I would stay here again if the need arises.

Wonderful well stocked rental!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved this rental. Kitchen was well stocked, loved the fireplace (and fire pit outside). Even had comfy bathrobes. We would highly recommend this rental!

Impeccable!

This home and it’s host was incredible, could not have asked for a better place to stay. There were thoughtful, and even some lifesaving, amenities provided (the maple syrup was a true hero of our weekend). The place was clean and well organized, we will be back!
