Welcome to “Bear Pause” — Your Mountain Escape in Banner Elk!
Perched at 5,200 feet with breathtaking multilayered views, Bear Pause offers the perfect blend of cozy comfort and high-country adventure. This spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo with a loft is ideal for families or groups looking to relax, recharge, and explore the stunning Blue Ridge Mountains.
-Take in those amazing sunrises and sunsets.
-Take your breath away on the back deck that overlooks the mountain range with beautiful sunsets
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
- King bed in the master suite with a large stand up shower and jacuzzi garden tub. There is a large TV with cable in the master as well.
- The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with tub.
-The loft has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and full private bath, with stand up shower. The loft also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This is a great space for the kids. There is a large walk in closet up in the loft as well.
KITCHEN
-We have the kitchen fully stocked with all of the appliances, utensils, cookware and dishware that you need to make and serve a great meal. (Food/beverages not included).
LIVING AREA and DINING AREA
-Cozy up with throw blankets by the gas fireplace to watch cable TV or play one of our games or puzzles from our collection.
-Enjoy free, high speed, dependable wi-fi.
-In warmer weather, enjoy the furniture that we keep stored in the closet on the large deck.

Step outside onto the spacious deck to experience awe-inspiring sunrises, colorful sunsets, and the fresh mountain air. Outdoor furniture is provided (seasonally stored in the closet).
