13SEA Tequila Sunrise

Tequila Sunrise is centrally located on the island with views of both the ocean and intracoastal from the incredible decks. The house is located on a slow traffic road with a designated bike path and is only a 15-minute walk to attractions, bars, and restaurants here on the island. It is only a two-minute walk to the Ocean Front Pool and Clubhouse, which offers golf cart parking should you chose to rent a golf cart during your stay.

In addition to the beautiful outdoor decks and views, you'll enjoy a private 14' x 26' pool complete with a Tiki bar that houses an outdoor TV and music. During the cooler months, the pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please inquire when booking if you'd like the pool heated.
