Our holiday home on 2 floors is in the heart of Marseillan, an authentic and charming city. Quality shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walk from the Etang de Thau and the port, 5 km from the sea, 15 km from Sète. The Glénans sailing school is 2 steps away. Direct train from Paris to Agde. Beziers Airport served by a shuttle. Many cycle paths, canoeing, wake, sailing on the basin, and amusement park at Marseillan plage.

Description of the house:
Ground floor: entrance with a large closet, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bathroom and WC.
1st floor: kitchen, living room with sofa convertible into 140 very comfortable, and WC with sink.
2nd floor: living room bedroom with possibility of 2 beds 80, overlooking a pretty tropezienne terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. . An electric plancha will allow you to grill. the sweet evenings with a nice view of the church bell tower lit up at night.
All The bedding is new and very comfortable.

Air conditioning is really a plus. All windows have double glazing and ceiling fans are installed. The house is very bright due to its double orientation. It enjoys an unobstructed view of the main facade, which is very pleasant in the city center.

You will find restaurants with pretty terraces near the house, and at the nearby harbor. Excellent butcher and market gardener offering local vegetables. Producers of oysters and shellfish from the Etang de Thau will delight you. A large park with games for children is located near the house, it is equipped with barbecue and picnic tables.
The neighborhood is quiet, the chimes of the very pretty church will tell you the time.

A cycle track connects Marseillan city to Marseillan Plage, then Marseille to Sète. A Bus connects Sète and Agde. Beziers Airport is serviced by a shuttle. Direct train from Paris to Agde.
