It consists of a large entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms with king-size bed (70 in x 79 in) and 4 en suite bathrooms. The apartment has free WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, bed linen and towels, washer/dryer.

The apartment was renovated in 2021. All the rooms are very quiet, facing Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari, one of the oldest pedestrian streets in the city, on the other.

The property was clean, spacious, and well-located in a pedestrian-friendly area near Rome’s attractions. The elevator and access card worked smoothly, and management responded quickly to questions. Parking garages are available within a 10-minute walk.

Great location, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of the most visited sites. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of eight. Highly recommended.

Excellent property, amazing location

We were not familiar with the layout of Rome and loved the location of this property. Superb access to all key sites, easy walking or scootering! The apartment is quite large, nice and quiet, the A/C was very good, kitchen and dining room were huge. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great location

We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The AC was a welcome relief from the hot temperatures in July. The building is safe and secure. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping just outside the door.

Perfect location & amazing apartment

5 adults- we each had our own bedrooms & baths. Great location- markets, shops & restaurants right out side your door. Piazza Navona a short walk away. Host was very responsive & check in/out was easy! Host also arranged our early AM transport to FCO. Very clean & spacious rooms. I would stay again when I return to Rome. Grazie!!

Family Vacation in Rome

We highly recommend this apartment. First of all it is absolutely spotless, so clean! There are lovely views from each room. Lots of great windows to hear the sounds of Italy. The location is perfect! Lots of restaurants, shopping and close to many of the places you will likely visits. Really nice place, highly recommend!

Beautiful Apartment in a Convenient Location

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The AC was so wonderful to come home to after touring through hot Rome. Great location, close to everything. Even an elevator to make it easy to get luggage up to the apartment. Super spacious rooms with modern and updated bathrooms. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Perfect location

Check in was very easy someone was there when we arrived to let us in and go over details. The host booked us a ride from airport to apartment. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Much larger than I was expecting!! 3 large king size bedrooms with bathrooms to include hairdryers. Location was superb. Easy walking to all main locations we walked everywhere. Very nice restaurants just outside the building. Perfect stay in Rome!! I will return to this location.

Relaxing in Roma

The apartment was very spacious. We traveled with our grown family, so wanted 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Large living room, dining room and separate kitchen with table. Very comfortable. Provided mid week cleaning. Immediate response when contacted host. Sent a car for us at the airport, would aldo give cookjng lessons ir a dinner. Location was within walking to vatican city, pantheon, piazza novana. Very pleasant dtay, highly recommend.

Fabulous and comfortable apartment near Piazza Navona

Our family of five loved this wonderful apartment! The location is perfect for walking to most all sites in Rome. Right on the Via dei Coronari, one of the most beautiful streets in Rome. Wonderful restaurants and convenient supermarkets nearby as well. Apartment was very comfortable - big beds, excellent A/C, nice kitchen and three full bathrooms that were perfect for our family of five. Check in was a breeze, and very accommodating to allow us to drop our bags at apartment in the morning while cleaning was being completed. The elevator is modern and works great. We felt very safe in the apartment and the neighborhood. Flaminia was extremely helpful to book transportation for us from and to the airport and to /from Termini station for our day trip to Pompeii. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Flaminia for a most wonderful stay!

Great apartment in a central location.

This apartment is as described. If you are visiting Rome and want to be able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, this is a great choice. While I would absolutely stay here again, I will mention the minor drawbacks we had. Construction noise begins early (as of Oct 2024), the road is torn up and and I don't know when it will complete. Also, this is in a neighborhood that is surrounded with bars and restaurants. The weekends were noisy on one side of the apartment until pretty late. But don't be deterred, unless that's a deal breaker for you. It was fine for us. Also find some restaurants ahead of time and don't just walk into places, there are a lot of tourist traps nearby and you will regret it. Overall, it was a great stay.

Unbeatable Accommodation for a Stay in the Heart of Rome

Our stay at this exceptionally-appointed accommodation in the heart of Rome was perfect. The location was unbeatable, with all major attractions within walking distance. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, and Flaminia, our host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The thoughtful touches like jelly, toast, water, and juice left for our group were greatly appreciated, as were the coffee and fully equipped kitchen. The washer dryer combo was a lifesaver for our group, allowing us to freshen up our clothes after days of exploring and the Small, but very modern elevator was a lifesaver, especially for a few folks on our trip, who had trouble with stairs, and it came in handy luggage up and down. The spacious rooms and well-appointed bathrooms, complete with complimentary soaps and amenities, added to the comfort of our stay. Being able to gather with family and friends in such a welcoming space made our trip even more memorable. Additionally, the surrounding area offered a perfect blend of dining options and shopping opportunities, without feeling overly touristy. With everything we needed within a block, we couldn't recommend this property more highly.

This property was superb in location, cleanliness, and communication. A king size bed with separate baths in each room made this apartment perfect for travelling couples. Kitchen had everything needed for a great stay. Living room was great for down time with a glass of wine before dinner! Lots of restaurants all around and close by.

Perfect! Host meet us at the property and gave us a tour of the property. Apartment was more than expected. The location....walk outside and down a street filled with restuarants, bars, gelato and quaint shops. Flaminia answered any questions I had in immediately. Can we give a 10???
