Beautiful house of 140 m² on one level, with 3 bedrooms for 6 people, on a plot of 3500 m² planted with olive trees with its private pool of 4 x 10 m, with secure electric shutter.

Enjoy the superb dominant and relaxing view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge, with fresh water and ice dispenser.
2 Shower rooms (1 bathroom & 1 shower room), each with WC.
The furniture is recent and comfortable.
Relax in the small TV lounge.

Très jolie maison au calme dans les oliviers avec une vue splendide . Bien située

De très belles vacances en famille à Aups . Un accueil très sympathique avec de bons conseils d’Arnaud et de Jean Claude. Un petit bémol sur la quantité importante de moustiques: du fait que la maison ne soit pas climatisée il serait bien de mettre des moustiquaires dans toutes les chambres.

Très bel emplacement avec belle vue et proche d'Aups.

La situation, l'équipement et le confort sont parfaits. Aups est proche (commerces, restos) tout en étant au calme avec une belle vue. Seul bémol avec la piscine où l'eau est devenue verte la 2eme semaine et dont nous n'avons plus pu profiter. Plein d'activités aux alentours (canoé, escalade, canyoning, cyclisme, les petits lacs du Verdon pour nager, ...) Endroit a recommander!

Bonjour Marc, encore désolés pour la piscine qui a été victime d'un phénomène exceptionnel. Renseignements pris chez les piscinistes professionnels, une centaine de piscines dans les environs ont été affectées cette année par une bactérie qui se trouve dans le sable du Sahara, lui-même véhiculé par les vents (sic). Notre pisciniste local est intervenu rapidement mais le traitement a malheureusement duré quelques jours. Bien à vous

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, freundlicher und entgegenkommender Empfang und gute Info durch die Eigentümer. 2 Makel: Das Verbot zur Nutzung der Klimaanlage war bei den besonders hohen Temperaturen im August sehr bitter. Zumindest eine stundenweise Nutzung am Abend sehr schön gewesen. Doch wurde uns beim Check-in gesagt, dass dieses Gerät keine Klimaanlage sei und auch nicht eingeschaltet werden darf, was demütigend und in dieser Preiskategorie unangemessen ist. Der Pool ist toll aber die normalerweise 2 x je Woche vorgesehene Poolreinigung erfolgte nur 1 x am Ende jeder Woche. Wir mussten häufig selbst reinigen und nachfüllen, damit der Pool nicht komplett grün und schmutzig wird.

Dear Guests, we are sorry that you thought that there was any air conditioning in our house. We used to have one airco device in the living, but the latter is no longer functioning as causing short circuits with the external unit. That’s why we indicate(d) clearly in the house description that there is NO AirCo in the house. For your remark concerning the swimming pool, this summer was indeed exceptionally hot and pretty windy. Please note however that its cleaning was definitely done 3 times a week (not just one), often early in the morning, around 7 o'clock, so that you would not notice it and not get disturbed either. Next time, please don't hesitate to call us. Best regards

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison chaleureuse et tout équipée. Le calme du jardin et la piscine nous ont aussi permis de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur et de s’aérer l’esprit. C’était parfait !!

Une maison agréable dans un cadre enchanteur

Nous n’avons que du bien à dire de notre séjour. La maison est bien pensée et bien équipée. La vue est superbe. Nous n’avons eu à déplorer que le bruit venant des locataires de certaines villas alentour, mais ça n’est évidemment pas imputable à nos loueurs.

Wunderschön gelegen und liebevoll gestaltet

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Yolande und Jean-Claude empfangen, die auch vor Ort ansprechbar wären (sie sprechen sogar ein wenig deutsch). Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche! Viele liebevolle Details! Toller Blick!

Charmant, attentionné et calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est pleine de charme, une magnifique rénovation, avec beaucoup d'attentions, plusieurs salons, des équipements au complet, beaucoup de bois et de matières nobles, des petites attention à l'arrivée et beaucoup de conseils des personnes qui géraient la location et l'entretien de la piscine, un vrai bonheur.

Une agréable maison bien équipée avec une jolie vue

maison bien décorée, encore plus belle que sur les photos, avec une piscine de bonne taille. Les hôtes sont très gentils tout comme les personnes qui s’occupent de l’endroit quand les propres ont absents.
