Issues

Bed bugs were found, all bathroom showerheads need a good cleaning. Main bathroom show, hot water didn't work. Not enough trash space outside. Top bedding didn't seem clean. 1 Twin bed had crumbs in sheets. Bench at table leg is loose. I feel property could have been better maintained.

We were looking for a great relaxing time this weekend and it has fallen apart. I understand things

We were looking for a great relaxing time this weekend and it has fallen apart. I understand things happen; however, the problem and inconvenience has been awful. We couldn’t get into the different cabin until late and then had to unpack for a night only to pack back up and move to another cabin. No one can tell me if the cabin will be ready or when it will be ready causing us to be traveling around with our belongings in the vehicle all day long once again. Plus, checkout being at 10:00 am. The cabin Dream Catcher was nice; however, half of the jets didn’t function properly in the hot tub, 6 pool sticks with only one having a tip, cobwebs all through the house, hole in ceiling of one bathroom stuffed with toilet paper, spiders and other bugs throughout the home, land line phones didn’t work, the couch had rips in it and the chairs were in bad condition. I would be pleased for any feedback you can offer. I also do not feel we should have to pay for the cleaning fee and other service fees.
