Large cottage with pool for 15 people in western Aveyron

Old renovated farmhouse, independent located at the entrance of a hamlet so very quiet.
Located only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Toulouse between Albi and Rodez (10 km from the expressway), it allows you to explore West Aveyron and Ségala.
Completely redone and refurbished, the rental is scheduled to open in May 2020. Central heating in winter and wood stove in the main room. Private swimming pool in the farmhouse courtyard at the cottage in summer. Holiday rental under 4 * certification, planned for 15 people. The cottage allows the reception of a group of friends, hikers, or an extended family. It is open for rental all year round, summer weekdays from Saturday to Saturday, the rest of the year on request.
Large cottage of 300 m2, 6 bedrooms (including 2 with private bathroom), 2 shared bathrooms, 3 WCs.
The main room is 75m² with a large lounge area, a large table and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, 2 dishwashers, American fridge, fan oven, etc.)
Enclosed garden at the front, large courtyard at the back with a 120m² terrace covered by a covered courtyard for your outdoor banquets. Table tennis table, outdoor games, multimedia equipment (TV console, dvd player), wifi, barbecue, large parking. The rental starts from € 600 for weekends with prices varying according to the season. Quelques jours en famille pour fêter Noel

Logement impeccable et très bien équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Nous étions 14 et n'avons jamais eu l'impression de nous gêner. Le grand canapé est un vrai plus. Nous avons même pu profiter de la table de ping pong. Cédric est accueillant et réactif. Je recommande ce beau gîte.

Weekend entre amis, 4 familles. Le lieu était parfait! Des couchages de qualité, les enfants ont pu partager des chambres, 1 pour les filles et une pour les garçons,et 4 belles chambres pour les parents. Des espaces pour que chacun puisse cohabiter sans se gêner. Un canapé de rêve pour partager. Maison rénovée avec goût, equipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Et de belles randos aux alentours au milieu des champs et des vaches! Bref nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour idéal en famille dans cette vaste habitation rénovée avec goût. Maison très confortable (pièces spacieuses, literie de qualité, beaucoup de salles de bain et de wc), très bien équipée (2 réfrigérateurs, 2 lave-vaisselles, vaisselle, jeux pour petits et grands, équipement bébé...) et idéalement située pour découvrir la région. La maison est top. Conforme à la description voir mieux. Hyper agréable il ne manque absolument rien on se sent comme à la maison. Literie très confortable. A l extérieur nous avons appréciés le préau, piscine, Ping Pong, badminton…. La maison est tellement grande que tout le monde peut avoir ses petits moments. Elle est très bien exposée nous n’avons donc pas souffert des fortes chaleurs. Cédric et ses parents sont très sympathiques. Petit mot d’Aubin 9 ans qui tenait à recommander la maison. La maison est très bien, la piscine rafraîchissante, il y a une table de Ping Pong et quand on sort il y a de belles rivières (les avalats) le seul problème les mouches. Petits conseils des parents bougies de citronnelle et vinaigre de cidre chaud.

Très beau gîte

Nous avons séjourné en août dans le gîte. Il est vraiment très grand, propre et fonctionnel (deux lave-vaisselles et deux frigos, beaucoup de vaisselle disponible). La cour intérieure et le jardin sont clos ce qui permet de laisser courir les enfants. Les jeunes ont adoré la piscine et les BDs à disposition. Lorsque nous avions une question, les propriétaires étaient toujours très réactifs. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Je recommande.

Un gîte avec des qualités exceptionnelles

Nous avons passé un week-end entre amis magique ! Cédric et ses parents ont été de très bons hôtes, la communication était simple et chaleureuse. Le gîte offre des équipements exceptionnels. Une literie confortable, une décoration faites avec goût, une disposition des pièces qui permet d'être nombreux mais en ayant tous notre intimité, l'extérieur est aménagé de façon à ce qu'on puisse passer des soirées à l'abri conviviales en musique. Je conseil grandement ce gite et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Nous étions 3 familles avec enfants et grands-parents dans ce gîte, soit 13 personnes pour fêter Noël. Très bien équipés, 2 frigidaires, 2 laves-vaisselles, une grande table pour manger tous ensemble. Chambres très spacieuses, on a pu bien dormir au calme. L’été, il doit être agréable de déjeuner sous le préau, et de profiter de la piscine. Nous avons pu visiter les alentours entre Albi et Rodez, et de jolis villages. Nous vous recommandons ce gîte, et l’arrangeant propriétaire.
