Beautiful 2/2 Beach House on salt water canal

2/2 Beach house on salt water canal 100 yards to the inter-coastal. House has a private dock - great for fishing. It is in a gated community with private boat ramp. Also about a 5 minute walk to club house with pool and private beach. There is lots of dining options to chose from, some a very short walk and some within a very short drive. This beautiful beach house has been completely remodeled inside with new floors, paint, bathrooms, and granite counter tops. If you are looking for a beach getaway for the family or just you this is the place. House is stocked with all the things you will need to just relax and enjoy yourself. Bring your boat and enjoy the beautiful waters that Florida has to offer. The boat lift will accommodate up to a 25 foot boat with an 8'6" center beam or less. There is plenty of parking in front of the house for up to 2 cars/trucks; however you will need to make arrangements to park your boat trailer. There is a place you can store it less than 1 mile down the road for a fee. I can get you the information and you can work out the details with them. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. Absolutely everything you need is there, from the beach bag if you forgot your own to the umbrella & chairs. Adorable decor and great location. My one issue was the a/c. It went out on Saturday and it still wasn't working properly nor had anyone stopped by to fix it by the time we checked out Wednesday morning.

A place where we will stay again !!!

Loved the dock in the back. Very peaceful and beautiful!!! Owner Chris was very quick to respond to any need throughout the whole process. The beds were comfortable, especially the queen. House was stocked with all you needed. Nice pool and beach access. Had a little difficulty finding anything on the super large TV but that’s ok cause we spent our time sitting out back.. visiting my sister about 15 minutes away. Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again next time we visit.

Wonderful location

The location of this property made for the perfect getaway. We spent mornings fishing on the inter coastal and afternoons across the street at the beach. Having a boat lift on property was an extra nice feature. The house was very clean. The owners were friendly and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Great experience would definitely return.

Great place

This little gem was a perfect place for my wife and I along with our grandson to enjoy the beach and do a little fishing. Place was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet. Really liked that the beach was so near and just over the bridge was anything you wanted to eat or shop for. Parking was a little tight but not a problem. We are already picking the dates for our next visit.

The perfect stay

First off. Owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our short stay. Place is very clean and quiet and just a short drive to all the restaurants and shops.
