Former presbytery with swimming pool

Former presbytery adjoining a magnificent chapel from the XV and XIX. Large swimming pool 12mx6m with no opposite. Close to Nérac and Condom. Ideal for a great summer vacation, end of year holidays, all seasons. A large living room with exposed beams and 3 bathrooms. The four bedrooms are being redecorated, other photos will be posted soon. I speak english.

Fantastic week

Great place to stay with a group. Excellent base to discover local area. Wonderful historic gems in every village. Great E-bike hire, quiet roads and the awesome new Cycleway. House, well equipped, spacious, peaceful, private, wonderful large pool, enormous deck, and huge grounds. Fabienne and Luc very helpful and welcoming.

Un petit coin de paradis à la campagne

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette belle propriété, très grande, où nous avons séjourné en famille avec des amis (5 enfants et 4 adultes). C'était calme, reposant, et la piscine a juste la taille parfaite. La table de ping pong et le filet de badminton ont été bien utilisés par tout le monde! Un peu loin des premiers commerces, mais ça vaut le coup quand on veut souffler!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Moncrabeau. La propriété est magnifique et la maison très spacieuse et confortable. Les équipements sont neufs et de qualité. La piscine est immense et a été particulièrement appréciée par ces journées caniculaires. Mention spéciale pour Fabienne qui est très prévenante et attentive à ce que tout se déroule au mieux.

Un petit coin de paradis

Est-ce parce que ce lieu idyllique est un ancien presbytère qu'on peut lui donner lui associer le descriptif "coin de paradi". Sans nul doute, une belle propriete, pleine de charme, de belles pieces de vie, vaste terrain, agreable piscine de bonne dimension, a bord de champs. Du calme mais surtout que du bonheur. Luc et Fabienne ne denotent pas: disponibles et serviables. En ete, nombreux marches gourmands a moins de 15min en voiture quasi quotidiennement (mezin, vianne, barbaste). En 2 mots comme en 100: a decouvrir

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis

Grande maison très pratique avec une magnifique piscine. Environnement très calme dans la campagne entre Lot et Garonne et Gers. Maison chargée de l’histoire de la famille, où on se sent vite chez « nous ». Nombreux marchés et visites possibles à moins de 30 km.
