About this property

Bring your family/ friends to this 3 level, 7 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom Beach House only steps away from the ocean!
Comfortable accommodations sleeps 26, with space for multiple families and lots of kids. Plenty of parking, nearby restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery store, farmers market, Wawa and much more. Start with breakfast at Patti's Kitchen around the block, and don't forget to stop at Kaboodles for a late night ice cream treat - right around the corner.
You can see the ocean from several of the outdoor decks and we are also walking distance to "bay" beach that includes a children's park, boating, swimming and fishing/crabbing.
Beach chairs /badges and accessories are included in back shed and its a very easy walk to the Private Beach that awaits you.
House is spread out with a great floor plan:
BOTTOM LEVEL: Entrance to house with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 11) full bath and great room with big screen TV and lots of sitting area. Washing machine and dryer along with extra refrigerator and freezer. There is a very big patio off the back with tables/chairs outdoor TV and grill. Outdoor shower and hose to clean up after a day at the beach.
MIDDLE LEVEL: Master Bedroom with 2 Queen beds / full bath and deck with ocean views. Washing machine /dryer and a 1/2 bath off a very large inviting kitchen with all the amenities. Another large deck off kitchen with patio furniture/ table & chairs with ocean views.
TOP LEVEL: 4 bedrooms including a room with bunk beds (great for the kids) 2 jack and jill bathrooms / linen closet and small deck off front room with ocean views.
Its a great house to bring your entire family / multiple families or invite your friends to join you!
(Sheets / pillows and cases / Comforter Included for each bed. Your choice to use our’s or bring your own) beds will not be made up when check in. All linens must be washed before checkout! Bath and beach towels also included - must be washed as well.

Wonderful property to reunite with friends and family!

Our family could not have been more comfortable than this property. There was plenty of elbow room for multiple families (6 couples plus children). The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need and of good quality. The house and area was very easy to navigate and we felt at home very quickly. Plenty of parking, beach toys and wonderful outdoor patios and decks to enjoy. Should our family decide to return to Normandy Beach, Lavalette for another reunion this house would be top of the list. The owners were terrific and immediately responsive. I do hope they address a few things that need repair but which did not hinder our stay. Enjoy!

Family Reunion

This home was PERFECT for our family reunion. Plenty of beds, large kitchen to prepare meals and a lovely back deck to enjoy large family meals. Very very close to the beach and we lucked out in having perfect weather and great tides for the younger children to enjoy the surf. Highly recommend for a multi family gathering!

Great location and home for group of family & friends across ages!

This home was perfect for our mixed group of travelers - ranging from teenagers to seniors (mid 80's). Everyone had their own space to hang out in - sometimes together, sometimes separate. Loved having options (both indoor and outdoor). Location was fantastic - just steps from beach and peekaboo views of the ocean from several balconies. Property manager was communicative & attentive whenever we needed anything or had questions.. Lots of beds which gave us flexibility in guests & sleeping arrangements. Thank you!

Perfect for our large family!!

We can't say enough about this beautiful home for our family vacation. So spacious with plenty of bed rooms and beds. Two huge decks well equipped with patio furniture. Per the guys: "this is a really good grill." Minutes from the Lavalette shops and steps from the beach. Can't wait to come back!!!

large house close to beach

House has a ton of space. Definitely best for a group of young people. or more than one family with kids. Overall a very good rental. Make sure you inquire about check out procedures before you book the house, they aren't listed on vrbo and renters are expected to do all laundry before they leave. It's something you should know at the beginning of the rental for planning purposes.
