The house had lots of space for sleeping, gathering and cooking for my extended family of all ages. There were two showers indoors and two outdoor shower stalls which was perfect for a large group! There is a nice backyard area with lots of seating to eat and hang out. The location is amazing and there was plenty of parking. A great time was had by all.

Memorial Day Weekend

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this property. It was clean and plenty of room for all of our guests. Location was perfect and easy to get too. I would highly recommend this stay. We are looking forward to staying here in the future!!

When we arrived- no beach badges. It took us part of one day and another full day till we got badges so feel we should be slightly. compensated for the lost beach time. House and location were great.

Awful condition, terrible property managers and not "Newly Renovated" at all. Good luck.

Sure, the listing shows a house that you will stay in. However, what it doesn't show is what's more important. There was zero communication with the property owners until the day before the booking, this was not due to lack of my trying. I was attempting to get a hold of the owners through text, calls and Vrbo support. They finally got back to me, calling to say that the code changes every day. Also mentioning that their last guests from the weekend prior had no issues getting in, and that they would text me a code an hour before our check-in. They finally sent me the code by adding me to a group chat with 4 people who I assumed to be the owners of the property. This is where the fun really begins though. Upon entering the house we noticed there was general uncleanliness, as well as doors hanging off of hinges, dirty laundry left on the washing machine from their last visitors, garbage still in the trash can, etc. It was very, very clear that there was no maintenance done between visits, and that they don't care about the presentation or condition of the property. We had taken pictures of everything that was out of place/broken/damaged. Our next treat that was left for us from the owners, there was no internet for the house. Which wouldn't be the biggest deal when visiting a beach town, except that we visited in December while it was raining. Being an I.T. professional, I looked into what the issue was, and it turns out that the owners didn't pay the internet bill. For a large group of friends who had met through the internet, this was a bit annoying as we had planned on watching movies and playing games while it rained. So we decided to reach out to the group chat that I was added to, there was no response from the owners for about 6 hours. When they finally responded, it was about 9pm and they said "We tried to contact them but they are closed, we'll call first thing tomorrow." Finally around 10am the next morning, I texted them and asked for updates to which they (for once) promptly responded "No they said Tuesday. Need all new Equipment." So that knocks off 3/4 "essential" amenities that were listed by the property owners, with television being taken off of that list as well. Since the only TVs in the house are Roku that rely on Internet to function. All of this runaround, for them to then ask the next day if their "appliance guy" can come fix the downstairs fridge, during our stay. "Newly Renovated" is a joke. 0/100 do not stay here!! :)

Beach house

Very spacious and comfortable for a beach house. House does not have a bathtub as stated in the listing - it would have been beneficial as we had multiple infants stay.
