Cozy home located on beach block of private community beach (Chadwick Beach). Enjoy the comfort of a private beach, walking distance from mini golf and convenience store, nearby restaurants, estimated 5 miles to Seaside Boardwalk, perfect for a family looking to get away to the Jersey Shore without the crowds. Three 2nd Floor bedrooms (one Queen, one Full, and one with Twin bunk beds) and a 1st floor pull out couch (Full size). Home includes washer/dryer, gas grill, air conditioning units in each room, ceiling fans, 3 Smart TVs +YouTube TV , Wi-Fi access, 2nd floor deck with patio table and chairs, outdoor shower. Please note under the community bylaws, we can rent to families, but not groups. Beach badges are available for purchase ($12 per day or $25 for week, kids under 12 free - 2022 season rate.) Great weather week - close to beach

Nice place though a bit of a tight squeeze when two vehicles are parked but this is the reality of renting in Chadwick Beach side. We had a little scare after unloading and filling the fridge and freezer. We notified the owner when we noticed it wasn’t staying cold and flashing error codes on the door. We were able to reset it by holding the two top buttons above the ice dispensor for a count of ten. Gregg called back awhile later but we had already reset it. We had another power outage later in the week and had to reset it again. ALL GOOD! There was always a nice breeze on the patio and balcony! Nice area all in all a great week with tge family!

This property is dirty and extremely outdated.

Upon entering the property it has a distinct smell of mold. The air conditioning is window and single room units. All of the filters were dirty and clogged. The floor was dirty. The whole has not been cleaned in very long time. The linens provided were old but clean. None of the beds were made up. After a few hours the refrigerator was warm. The owner had it repaired the next day. Description says parking for 2 cars. What a joke. Closest public parking was a 10 min walk. There is no way I would ever recommend this property to anyone. I was very very disappointed with the condition of this house. I work hard for my money and saved for vacation. The owner was nice about my concerns. This is property needs some TLC badly. Sadly I will never use home away again.

Great place for the money. The beach is beautiful!

The place was clean and it was accurately described in the writeup on VRBO. This is a small house, so set your expectations appropriately. Lots things to do for the family in Lavallette.

Relaxing Getaway

My family had a great time at Chadwick Beach. The house is in a perfect location. We rented bikes, played tennis and miniature golf and of course spent a lot of time on the beach. Gregg was quick to respond when I had a question and the house was a good size for us. We can't wait to return again!

We loved our stay. True to the ad, this house is cozy. The kitchen was nicely appointed with a full size fridge, very convenient for a weeks stay. The owner was very attentive to questions.
