Nice little sea view from the terrace, quiet area 800 m from the city center, its port and its entertainment. . Easy parking at the foot of the residence, chemin du Rosaire. For those who play tennis, the Rosaire tennis club is 200 m away. Starting point for hikes on the Pointe de Portissol and the Cride district

L’agence de gestion a été très réactive, ce qui est fortement appréciable.Quelques points à améliorer : logement à rafraîchir, eau chaude limitée, ménage perfectible. Appartement vétuste qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et un bien meilleur ménage. Sinon, le vrai plus de cet appartement, c'est sa terrasse et son emplacement. Nous avons eu des places de parking car en basse saison.

Logement très bien situé, bien équipé mais un petit bémol à signaler, pas de ventilateur dans le logement, il serait le bienvenu car il n'y a pas d'air du tout, même la baie vitrée ouverte en période de canicule. Les nuits sont horribles. Cdt
