Quiet and private location which gave us time to relax.The house isn't far from the beach (5-10m by foot) and a decent location to make some day trips in the Algarve by car.P.S.: the double-bed mattress is quite used and should be renewed.

Quiet and spacious property

Spacious property with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, with a supermarket and a bar serving food all within the same area. Super peaceful. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

everything about this villa for us was perfect the owner Valentina communicates very well making check in easy Beach very close lots of walk ways also I good local supermarket and plenty of nice places to eat its a good idea to use uber as there much cheaper than local taxis only 6/7 euros to old town or the big shopping centre 40 euros to the airport thanks again to Valentina we will be coming back

Algarve Tour

The location of this property was ideal for exploring the Algarve. We were no more than an hour away from any of the coastal cities that we wanted to visit. Our only regret is that the weather was not more cooperative! The property owners were very responsive when we noticed any issues.

Authentic Algarve Home

The property was as described, beautiful . Valentina, our host, responded to any ( few ) concerns we had immediately. The property is in a fabulous location…..close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets! It was a home away from home with all the amenities. One caution. This is a typical Portuguese house and does not have central heating. We stayed in February and early March . The bedrooms were well heated however the living room lacked heat. The property has a fireplace and there is a large supplier of wood very close so the fire got us cozy in a short period of time. This is not a negative point, only a caution for a real Portuguese home. By the way Valentina is passionate about her guests and the very many plants that adorned the property.

Globalement très positif. Maison très propre et bien placée dans une rue calme et à 5 mm de la plage. Patio fermé idéal pour les animaux de compagnie.2 points négatifs :- pas de chauffage/climatisation dans la salle à manger et la cuisine. La propriétaire nous a acheté des radiateurs d'appoint, mais ce n'est pas idéal. Maison à ne louer que les mois d'été- la télévision a 25 ans. Nécessité de se mettre aux standards actuels

Coloquei a avaliação de terrivel pois as camas estão infestadas de percevejos!!Todos fomos picados e a minha filha fez alergia e teve de ir ao médico onde se confirmou que são de percevejo.A casa tem de ser toda desinfectada e possivelmente os colchões todos substituídos.

Estou chocada com o seu comentário.Por acaso viu percevejos na casa para fazer essa afirmação?? Porquê que durante a sua estadia não me informou de nada? A casa está ocupada desde Março e antes de si estiveram médicos com crianças, e depois de si mais hospedes com crianças, e porquê que ninguém se queixou? Estranho não acha? Se você tem a certeza que foram picados por percevejos, eu tenho ainda mais a certeza que não foram picados aqui na casa, pois voce durante a estadia também saiu. Além disso cada vez que um hospede sai, os cochoes são aspirados e os resguardos substituidos.O seu comentário é extremamente injusto. Nós fazemos de tudo para que os hospedes se sintam bem e em segurança.

Unsere Zeit in unserem Haus „Casa Do Mar „war sehr entspannt.Leider war bei unserer Ankunft um 21 ,45 die Vermieterin nicht da. Da wir keine Telefonnummer von den Besitzern hatten haben wir die Nachbarin gebeten dort anzurufen.

Maison proche de la mer

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’une semaine au mois d’août. La maison est proche de la plage, ce qui permet d’y aller à pied ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La terrasse est agréable et calme. Le terrain est grand et permet le stationnement de la voiture.

Maison très agréable et bien située

Maison très fonctionnelle avec un extérieur parfait et très bien entretenu. Barbecue, transats et hamac très appréciables. Situation parfaite pour les plages , une à 10mn a pieds et d autres magnifiques à quelques minutes en voiture. On changeait à chaque fois, elles sont toutes vraiment belles avec des nouveaux recoins, grottes, rochers à découvrir. Supermarché apolonia parfait à 2 minutes en voiture. En résumé de superbes vacances car une région magnifique et un logement au top 👌

Strandnahe Unterkunft

Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr strandnah. Relativ ruhig, wenn die Nachbarn nicht da sind; 1x die Woche kommt die Inhaberin morgens um 7.30h um die Pflanzen zu wässern. Im Objekt ist alles da. Allerdings ist es nicht so sauber; die Reinigungskraft kommt nur 1x die Woche.

la propriétaire se rendait à la maison sans prévenir pour arroser ses plantes sans prévenir. 2 fois dans la semaine à 7h30 du matin. j'ai trouvé cela très incorrecte. aucune intention à l'arrivée. je n'ai jamais connu de telle expérience

Em primeiro lugar nunca fui dentro de casa. O tempo de rega são 10 minutos. A melhor hora para regar as plantas no verão é de manhã e as 7,30 é a hora que menos incomoda, porque os clientes ainda estão a dormir, essa é a minha intenção. ACONSELHO VOCÊ ALUGAR CASA SEM JARDIM Em relação á chegada, você estava perdida e sem carro, eu fui busca-la no meu carro até á moradia. Secalhar fiz mal. Desculpe Tout d'abord, je ne suis jamais allé à l'intérieur. Le temps d'arrosage est de 10 minutes. Le meilleur moment pour arroser les plantes en été est le matin. et 7h30 est l'heure la moins gênante, parce que les clients dorment encore, c'est mon intention. JE VOUS RECOMMANDE DE LOUER UNE MAISON SANS JARDIN Concernant l'arrivée, vous étiez perdu et sans voiture, je suis allé vous chercher dans ma voiture jusqu'à la maison. J'ai mal fait aussi. Pardon(
