This property is located near the Domaine des Milelli, a very pleasant place for a stroll. Its quiet location is also close to restaurants, a cinema, a supermarket, and a bakery. The property features a private parking space with a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.The 40 m² property includes: a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a TV, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom with a closet. The living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate a child if needed.<br>A 70 m² outdoor terrace is fenced and furnished with garden furniture (1 table + 4 chairs), two lounge chairs, and a parasol.<br>Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra charge (household cleaning supplies are also available).
