The Latitude 29 HOA implemented a parking fee beginning January 1. A parking fee of $25 will be added to all bookings. On June 23 the parking policy was amended. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY PER UNIT. ANY UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST’S EXPENSE.

Welcome to Latitude 29 where unit #5 is waiting for you!

If you are looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place directly on the Gulf with all the amenities, you have made a smart decision in choosing unit #5 any season of the year.

Unit #5 is located on the east side of the parking lot level where you will walk directly into your room and see a beautiful white beach and sparkling blue water. This unit has a gorgeous king sized bedroom suite with an attached (one of two) private bath with new tile surround and floors. It has a comfy queen sized sofa bed in the living room and two bunks in the hall to comfortably sleep six. You will also find a well equipped kitchen with granite cabinet top and bar so meals can be made or you are only steps away from the covered customized charcoal grilling area. There are also seafood restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

Two TVs, a DVD player, and wireless internet are also furnished. Don't forget to enjoy your balcony view of the sunset and sparkling blue water.

2nd trip to this condo

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf. The location is great with lots of amenities within a 10 minute drive. The unit could use a little updating but none-the-less it has a cozy feeling and everything we needed. We will be back!

Short Stay, but as expected

This condo was clean upon arrival. It had a nice view of the ocean and a very easy check in process. Helen was responsive when we needed her. The bed was very uncomfortable and definitely needs to be upgraded as well as the bedroom toilet seat. Overall, the condo was clean, had everything we needed, but definitely needed some upgrades. We would stay here again.

Peaceful & Beautiful

Love, love, love this place! Always clean and the owner is very responsive. Beautiful view of the gulf and white sandy beaches. Third year staying here and never disappointed! 🌴

We had great time very clean condo few updates need but such a beautiful little place view is so great from your breakfast table I would stay again checkin process was easy thanks for sharing your place with me and hubby
