Beautiful gulf front condo, great early reservation discounts

Our beautiful resort is located at the quiet and prestigious west end of Panama City Beach, ideal for family beach getaway yearly around. Resort amenities include two swimming pools (one of them heated always), lighted tennis court, hot tubs and a fully equipped gyms and they are free to use for all guests. Covered parking decks connect to the main resort building with air-conditioned pathway. Three high speed elevators provide quick access to all condo units and bring you to beach directly.

The condo's balcony is right above the beach with unblocked view of Mexican gulf with stunning contrast of emerald blue water and sugar white sand. In clear and quite mornings, you might spot sting rays, and sometimes even dolphins swimming beneath you. Perfect sunset view with an illusion that the sun dropping into ocean is almost guaranteed during your stay.

Our condo is recently renovated with new pillow top mattress, new sleeper sofa and chair, new bedroom and balcony furniture. It has a king size bed in master bedroom, built-in bunk beds in the hallway and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, sufficient to accommodate 6 guests. A full-size private bathroom to serve the master bedroom and another bathroom with shower in the hallway. A full-size kitchen equips with side-by-side refrigerator, electric oven and cook top, disk washer, microwave oven, coffer maker, toaster, blender, etc. A washer/dryer combo is also provided for your convenience.

Our new big screen 4K Internet TVs provide unlimited possibilities for your entertainment need. You can simply watch the complimentary cable TVs or taking advantages of our free and high speed WIFI through bringing your own streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Roku, NBC sports, HBO now, etc. Just remember to unregister the TVs with your streaming services before check-out.

We have your security and convenience at our top concerns. The condo is equipped with a secure and easy keyless entry system. A secure and unique code will be generated one to two weeks before you arrive and will be emailed to you with a detailed check-in instruction. After entering the condo, you can change the code to something easier to remember for your family. There will be no need to carry keys around and no worry about who are responsible for keys.

We also provide complimentary beach service during the beach season (3/1 - 10/31). The beach service includes a double (2) chaise lounge chairs with comfortable cushions and a huge beach umbrella.

This property was less than what I expected, probably the smallest balcony of any property my wife and ever stayed at. Some of the cooking sheets still had old food on it. The master bathroom toilet was loose and would tilt when you sat down. Looks like it had not been dusted in a while. Will not book again.

Great ocean view!

Very basic set up...don't expect any extra amenities. Kitchen is equipped for cooking and eating. Coffee maker and toaster are a bit old. Overall a nice place for a short vacation.

Nice location needs updating

Overall the stay wasn’t bad but the queen pull out couch was very old and dirty, there weren’t many kitchen cooking supplies for cooking in the condo so that wasn’t helpful. The top bunk had fake eyelashes under the sheet when you pulled back the cover. Definitely needs updating but the location of the condo was perfect we had a good week!

You decide

Condo had not been cleaned upon our arrival at 430pm. This was an issue after i worked the night before and drove there all day with no sleep. The cleaner did come when i called her. Urine stains on the mattress. Ice maker did not work. Several light bulbs were out. All the furniture is worn, dirty and needs thrown away. I actually put a sheet over the couch to sit on it. The bed linens and pillows needed replaced as well. Coffee pot, ironing board and toaster need replaced. Frying pans scratched up. There was a crack all the way down the front door we could see outside but it did lock. Curtains dirty. Bathroom faucet in the master missing the screen causing water to spew all over. Someone tried to touch up the walls but the paint did not match. But the plus side was the showers were good and we did not see any bugs thankfully. The view and balcony was great. There was plenty of dishes. The washer/dryer worked well. The condo was spacious. The resort was nice and the elevators weren't bad. Beach access great. Parking was great in the garage across the street and loved that the walk over was lit up at night. We did have to pay $40 for parking. I done it online. Pools were nice. Beach service was nice that was included.

Disappointing

Having stayed at Celadon on many occasions we were very disappointed in this condo. When we first entered there was a large puddle of water right inside the doorway which appeared again on our last night there after raining. There were crumbs on the counter by the toaster, glass rings on the counter and on the coffee table. The dishes were sticky, the skillet greasy and at least one glass and one plate was chipped as well. We understand that dishes get broken and chipped, but believe the cleaning crew should have disposed of them. We felt we needed to wash all the dishes we thought we would use and we felt the need to disinfect the kitchen and baths because of the condition of the kitchen. Also the can opener looked fine until you went to use it and it is broken, we had to work at getting it to open a can. The handle on the refrigerator is extremely loose and we were afraid the entire time that it might pull away from the door. We did not call the cleaning people, as suggested by the owner in the paperwork, because we were on vacation and did not want to be bothered with having to be around when they came. There is a light in the living area on the fan that was popping and cracking so we decided not to use it for fear it would explode. The plugin facing the living area under the bar area sparks when you plug something into it. The bathrooms both have toilet issues. The Master bath toilet would not flush until we tightened the chain, and it was annoying to have to take a shower in ankle deep water. On our last day when we were emptying the trash we noticed that the vanity has old water damage, probably due to the toilet. The toilet in the hall bath is so loose it rocks, and has trouble flushing as well. Also in this bath the hair dryer plug is a real danger, it is cracked and exposed where the prongs are located. We noticed water on the toilet and found that the vent above is leaking water and the ceiling around it is cracked. We have pictures of these things. On the balcony there was a large area type rug that was so wet and nasty we could not go onto the balcony. After a few days we rolled it up and moved it so we could. This condo has a great view of the ocean and we appreciated that the beach chairs were included in our price. We received our deposit back in a timely manner and when had questions for the owner we received timely answers.

Needs some maintenance but enjoyed our stay

The condo had everything we needed and the balcony with an ocean view is the BEST, but the condo could be maintained better - a dining chair was broken with a note, the freezer door handle was loose/broken, and one of the barstools chairs was broken. I did not bring this up to the owner, as we really didn’t expect them to be fixed while we were there and it didn’t affect our stay very much. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, but again we didn’t use it very much as we were out a bunch. But it is the little details that go a long way. The owner communicated very well and included a very detailed rundown of the property. The cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:40 to see if we were still there, took us by surprise.

Perfect week

The property was perfect! Clean, comfortable, awesome beach frint view! Loved having access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs along with beach access. A sweet beach store and ice cream shop was just right behind the property too which was awesome! Very quick respfrom the properrty owner as well. Westher was top notch and our stay was great!

This condo was exactly what we wanted and it made our stay perfect. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a can opener LOL! Truly, we will be back though! The condo was very clean, the view was beyond perfect and all appliances worked as needed. We ended up not being able to take home the beach toys we bought, so we decided to leave them for other families or the owners family to use. Thank you again for the most memorable, perfect first trip to PCB, FL for my little family! See you next time!

Nice location. Beautiful views. Loved watching the multiple pods of dolphins swim by several times a day. Communication with host was great. The place could use a good cleaning and some updates otherwise, not bad. Could not open oven all the way due to refrigerator in the way. the way. Wind howled te way.

It was a great stay. Beautiful view from the balcony.Saw dolphins every morning. Plenty of area for sleep. Pull out couch could be a bit more comfortable. 2 beach chairs included during the stay was a great perk. Easy access to the parking garage. Need more chairs at the pool but overall would definitely stay in this condo and resort again.friendly staff and clean resort.

The resort is nice and in a great location. The complimentary beach chairs were nice. The room itself needs updating. The furniture is stained and needs replaced or deep cleaned. Could not find a can opener so bring your own if you will be needing one. The room did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. White ceiling fan was black with dust. Sliding glass door was dirty and the floor had not been swept or mopped. .

Wasn't pleased with several things at the condo. Living room TV was a real pain, was a smart tv but evidently one of the first made. App we wanted wasn't available. Took our Roku because condo's cable are usually lacking. Roku wouldn't work on the TV, HDMI port was bad. I know most don't go to the beach to watch TV but Saturday most of the day was storming. Couldn't open the oven because it hit the fridge. We only cook breakfast in condo, it was dangerous trying to use the oven. Chaise loungers were provided with condo, but evidently the beach service doesn't want to deal with you unless you are paying. I would have tipped him but he was extremely rude. Fortunately, with rain didn't have deal with him on Saturday. Lastly, since check out is at 10:00 housekeeping shouldn't be banging on the door at 9:00.

Perfect Getaway Spot

The condo was wonderful. Right on the beach, covered parking/walkway, plenty of luggage carts available, two pools. We vacation in PCB every summer and this was one of the best locations we've stayed at!

Sunshine Paradise

This was our first visit to Panama City Beach and will absolutely return. The condo was as advertised, and the host was efficient in addressing questions. Everything from booking, checking in and our departure was stress free.

We started exploring Florida's Emerald Coast soon after moving from Northern California to Atlanta a few years ago. Following a camping tradition, we took vacations every summer at different Florida State Parks. From Pensacola and eastward bound, we covered the coast year after year, beach by beach, park by park. When we finally reached Panama City Beach, the family size had expanded from three to five. Eventually, setting up two tents and feeding three always hungry children had become more of a burden rather than enjoyment.
Looking at the high-rise gulf front condos, we decided to change our vacation style and purchased this condo. We have been very happy for the decision and enjoyed the condo very much year after year. We would like to share such enjoyments with our guests.
