HOW TO RESERVE YOUR VACATION STAY

• Deposit - First payment to reserve the condo. Balance due 30 days prior to your vacation stay.

• Housekeeping - Is included in your all-inclusive rate.

• Tax - 13.50% Florida taxes is included in your all-inclusive rate.

• Resort Fee – There is a one time $30 Resort Fee which the Resort requires you pay at the registration desk to receive your parking pass and arm bands.

• Check In/Out - Check in is after 4:00 pm. Check out is promptly at 10:00 am

• Pets – Sorry Pets not allowed. This is the resorts rule we need to follow.

• Age Requirement - The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.

Covid-19 rental restrictions for 13 states have restrictions to rent condos.

SPLASH Instructions on Covid-19:
THE GOVERNOR HAS REQUESTED THAT IF A COUNTY WANTS TO OPEN UP FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS THEY HAVE TO SUBMIT A SAFETY PLAN TO HIS OFFICE FOR APPROVAL, THIS SAFETY PLAN WAS APPROVED TODAY. FOR THE SAFETY OF SPLASH EMPLOYEES AND GUESTS, WE ENCOURAGE ALL OWNERS AND THEIR GUESTS TO: 1) WEAR MASKS, 2) ABIDE BY THE CDC SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES, 3) NO GROUPS LARGER THAN 10 PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO GATHER ON SPLASH PROPERTY, 4) WASH/SANITIZE HANDS FREQUENTLY.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNERS AND THEIR MANAGEMENT COMPANIES TO MAKE SURE THAT GUESTS ADHERE TO THE BAY COUNTY SAFETY PLAN AND OTHER APPLICABLE SAFETY GUIDELINES WHILE GUESTS AT SPLASH. THE FOLLOWING CHANGES ARE BEING MADE REGARDING SHORT-TERM RENTALS: REGISTRATION
• THE REGISTRATION DESK WILL BE OPEN FROM 9:00-5:00 SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, IT MAY BE OPEN LATER ON SATURDAYS IF NEEDED.
• OWNERS AND THEIR MANAGEMENT COMPANIES ARE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE ARE NOT COMING FROM AREAS THAT THE GOVERNOR HAS NOT APPROVED.
• THERE WILL BE A 6FT. BOX AROUND THE REGISTRATION DESK THAT ONLY ONE PERSON FROM THE PARTY WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER WHEN REGISTERING, ALL OTHER PARTY MEMBERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO HEAD ON TO THEIR UNIT BECAUSE THEY SHOULD HAVE ACCESS. ANYONE WAITING TO REGISTER NEEDS TO STAY BEHIND THE LINE AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
• THE PERSON REGISTERING SHOULD WEAR A MASK WHILE REGISTERING. ELEVATORS
• IN PAST YEARS ON SATURDAYS BETWEEN 3:00-6:00 WE HAD SPLASH EMPLOYEES LOCKING THE ELEVATOR DOORS OPEN TO HELP LOAD CARTS AND PEOPLE INTO ELEVATORS BEFORE SENDING THEM UP. WE WILL NOT BE INVOLVED IN ELEVATOR LOADING DURING THE PANDEMIC. OWNERS AND GUESTS NEED TO TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY WHEN GETTING ON THE ELEVATOR. IF THEY DON’T WANT TO GET ON WITH OTHERS, THEY WILL NEED TO WAIT UNTIL A TIME IS APPROPRIATE FOR THEM. IF WE HAVE LARGE CHECK IN CROWDS ON SATURDAYS YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED TO LET YOUR GUESTS KNOW THERE MAY BE LONG WAIT TIMES AT THE ELEVATORS. YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO CONSIDER MOVING YOUR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES AWAY FROM THE TRADITIONAL SATURDAY CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES. FITNESS CENTER
• WE WILL BE OPENING THE FITNESS CENTER AND WE ENCOURAGE OWNERS AND GUESTS TO USE SOCIAL DISTANCING PRACTICES ESTABLISED BY THE CDC. WE SUGGEST IF SOMEONE IS USING A MACHINE THEY DO NOT USE THE ONE ADJACENT TO THEM, AGAIN OWNERS AND GUESTS NEED TO TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. ARCADE
• OUR INSURANCE COMPANY HAS ADVISED US TO KEEP THE ARCADE CLOSED BECAUSE OF THE INABILITY TO ENFORCE SOCIAL DISTANCING WITH CHILDREN AND WE DON’T HAVE THE PERSONNEL THAT WOULD BE NEEDED TO CONTINUALLY CLEAN THE GAMES. POOL CHAIRS • BEFORE THE POOLS ARE OPENED EACH MORNING, WE WILL CLEAN AND POSITION THE POOL CHAIRS 6FT., WE WILL NOT REPOSITION THE CHAIRS AGAIN UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING, OWNERS AND GUEST WILL NEED TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THEY KEEP THE CHAIRS 6FT. APART DURING THE DAY. HOT TUB
• THE HOT TUB WILL OPEN BACK UP, THE OWNERS AND GUESTS WILL HAVE TO TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES WHILE IN THE HOT TUB. PREVENTATIVE MAINTEANCE PROGRAM
• IF YOUR UNIT IS ON THE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE, CONTINUE TO SEND AN EMAIL TO SAL AND OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM, BUT INDICATE A TIME THE UNIT WILL BE VACANT SO THAT THE WORK CAN BE DONE WHILE NO ONE IS PRESENT. OUR STAFF WILL NOT WORK IN WITH GUESTS OR OWNERS PRESENT.
• EMAIL UPDATES WILL BE SENT PERIODICALLY TO OWNERS REGARDING PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE ON THE UNITS, A/C FILTERS, ETC. PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR GUESTS SO THEY WILL BE AWARE WE WILL BE COMING AND THEY WILL NEED TO STEP OUT ON THE BALCONY OR LEAVE THE UNIT WHILE OUR STAFF IS WORKING. WE WILL BE PUTTING HAND SANITIZING DISPENSERS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE COMMON AREAS AND ELEVATORS FOR OWNERS AND GUESTS TO USE. WE WILL ALSO BE SPRAYING THE EMPTY POOL CHAIRS DURING THE DAY WITH DISINFECTANT. WE WILL ALSO BE PUTTING SIGNAGE AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS AS IT RELATES TO SOCIAL DISTANCING AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
