Splash Resort Condominium on Panama City Beach is a luxury gulf-front condominium perfect for families.
The fun starts at the sky-walk entrance and continues with family-friendly features like the arcade and mini-bowling alley. Two unique, bi-level pools stretch across the entire ground level, looping, swirling splashing underneath you.
A second beach-view pool occupies one side while the other is a kid-ready water theme park complete with waterpark-like slides, waterfalls and bucket loads of even more water as well as a jacuzzi.
Our Unit is complete with granite countertops, high-end appliances and so much more.

This 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit sleeps 6 guests perfectly. The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen Tv, a closet, and access to the private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a unique sink layout and a garden tub perfect for a relaxing bubble bath. Tucked off in the hallway is bunk beds perfect for the kiddos! The guest bathroom has a standard layout with a glass stand up shower. The living room has a sofa that doubles as a pullout bed, a lounge chair, a flat screen TV and access to your private balcony with beautiful view of the sandy beach. The kitchen is stocked with white appliances and has everything you may need to cook a great meal.

Look out over the emerald waters and the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico as you relax and enjoy our new upscale condominium! We have discounted our rates $100's off the on site management set prices! Splash, is a unique resort on the west end of Panama City Beach. The west end of the beach is much less congested with easy access to back beach road bypassing traffic. Splash is loaded with amenities the entire family will love, all overlooking the gulf. Toddlers can run through fountains on a padded surface (gated area.) Kids will love the Splash interactive water playground with a splash bucket and water toys. Don't forget the arcade and work out facility also with ceiling to floor view of the water.

Panama City Beach is the perfect spot for your next vacation! There is much to do for all ages. There is countless outdoor attractions such as go-karts and putt-putt golf. Pier Park is the infamous outdoor plaza jam packed with delicious restaurant's and all different types of stores for any of your shopping needs. It also has plenty of places for adults to escape and relax.

Spring Break 2024

Very clean condo. Kids loved the heated pool during the chilly weather! New mattress is desperately need on master bed. Check in isn’t until 4:00, but the registration desk closes at 4:00.

Awesome Stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The unit was very clean and the area was quiet. We enjoyed the miraculous view. I most definitely will book this unit again for my next stay.

Nice getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prefect location! Nice and quite and relaxing. However... when entering the condo it had a very odd smell that never went away. After unpacking i noticed that my 3yr olds feet were black on the bottom... she had shoes on the entire time expect for when we were in the condo. When we went to lay down we noticed sand all over the bedsheets- no one had been in the bed yet, it was also in the bunk bed as well. So we took the sheets off and washed them. The air was barely working in the living room- NO the door was not open. We did go buy a mop and cleaning supplies because the floor was disgusting and mopped it ourselves. I did not come on vacation to clean the condo that should’ve been cleaned prior to my arrival. Also, the master bathrooms shower was clogged so while trying to shower you’re standing in water because the drain was clogged... if it was not for the amenities i would never stay there again!

Exceptional Family Vacation!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect set-up for our family of four. We loved all the amenities of this unit/complex. Beach access was excellent, fitness center was nice and the sprawling pool area was great, especially for younger kids. The condo unit was clean and well equipped; the view from the balcony was heavenly! Only down side was the elevators, which seems to be a common issue to most condo complexes in the area. The wait for an elevator during certain times of the day was extensive. Also the parking garage elevator was out of service when we arrived, which made move-in challenging. Location was a little far out on the west end of PCB, but that also meant less headaches with traffic/congestion. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are ready to start planning the next visit. By the way, I highly recommend renting through 4 Star Condo Services!! They are nice folks and communicated with us a few times before our stay to make sure everything was taken care of.
