Experience breathtaking unobstructed views of the Gulf and stunning sunsets from this recently updated Aqua condominium. This Striking condo features brand new marble look tile throughout and presents a very elegant, metropolitan look.
The condo offers 2 bedrooms, including the elegant gulf front master bedroom with luxurious ensuite bath. This bedroom has incredible beach views and access to the massive covered outdoor balcony complete with dining table, and 2 loungers to enjoy. The master also offersa brand new mattress and new black out curtains for those the like to sleep in.
The second bedroom is a small bedroom that features a brand new twin bed with twin trundle, Tv, and access to the adjacent second bathroom.
The condo offers over 1100 square feet of living space and comfortably sleeps 6.
Relax and unwind while watching your favorite movies, sporting events, or videos on the new 60" flat screen ROKU smart TV in the living area, where there's also a new queen sleeper sofa and additional seating for the whole family.
Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a laundry area.
Take in the stunning 20th-floor view of the beach and the Gulf and enjoy the cool ocean breezes from the spacious terrace with floor-to-ceiling windows and entrances from both the master bedroom and the living room. You'll feel as though the seagulls are flying right in front of you!

Great!!!! But.....

Everything was great when it comes to location, cleanliness, stylish, etc. But, we ran across a few issues. Nearly every time we went out onto the balcony, there was a STRONG odor of drugs (weed). Couldn't enjoy ourselves. And, the oven didn't work. Causing us to through away food. Sliding door in bedroom doesn't lock either. Also, paid for 2 parking passes and on July 4th evening, there were no parking spots for one of out cars. Very upsetting and disappointing.
