609 Aqua is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom gulf front condominium located on the 6th floor of Aqua. This condo has just under 1600 square feet of upscale living space that will spoil you and your family.

We know you're not going to be spending all day inside and is the reason we have of 4 beach chairs (2 sets) and 2 umbrellas set up daily for you from March – October!

The large living/dining/kitchen area has beautiful hardwood floors and offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Newly furnished, and remodeled, this is a brand new condo worthy of the most discerning traveler. The living room features ample seating and a large flat panel tv with Bose Soundbar to improve your viewing. But if you prefer to listen to music, sync your device and enjoy the quality sound system along with the outstanding setting and views from this Aqua beachfront home. The spacious kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and comes with everything you need to prepare full meals, or just mix up a few cocktails to enjoy on your private balcony while watching the sunset.

The master bedroom is a King sized oasis with private balcony access, a king sized bed, flat panel TV, and a huge en-suite master bath complete with soaking tub and walk in shower. This is a perfect master retreat after a fun filled day on the beach.

Not to be outdone, the other 2 bedrooms are equally well furnished and offer dedicated bathrooms to pamper the rest of your family. The second bedroom offers queen bed, and the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. The living room also offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa.

Aqua is PCB's most exclusive resort with multiple outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, fountains, and tons of space for sunning and fun. The resort also features:

609 Aqua will keep you returning year after year.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian.

NOTE: Effective 1/1/21 ALL Aqua guests must PRE REGISTER for parking by going to http://www.aquaparking.net www.aquaparking.net guests will need to register and pay $35 per vehicle in order to park on site. This is an AQUA HOA rule and Warren Beach Rentals has NO latitude in the matter. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes.

2024 Spring Break Trip

~We were very happy with our condo! It was updated, CLEAN, and a perfect layout for our family. We had one or to little items one with sink faucet and another with A/C~ Warren Beach Rental was SUPER easy to contact and VERY responsive. correcting the issues immediately! They also accommodated us with a last minute request that really helped us out!!!! ~The condo was decently stocked, you always need a bowl, pan in these places they don't have, but we were able to make it work. The primary had tons of hangers(pleasant surprise), there were extra blankets pillows and plenty of seating. The primary bed could have been a little more comfortable and also the pillows were a bit of a bummer~ Also, option for room darkening shades in the primary would be a nice touch ;) ~We would definitely book this condo again and I would recommend Warren Beach Rentals in a heartbeat for their service!!!

Girls Trip

Great condo and bedroom layout. In walking distance to pier park and restaurants. Could use more than 4 chairs on balcony but enjoyed the balcony and view. Would definitely use warren beach rental again.

The condo was lovely.

The view from the condo was spectacular. The condo had everything needed to make for a comfortable week. The street was very busy and quite loud, but we couldn't really hear it from inside. It was nice that everything was within walking distance. the only real negative was that the carpeting in the bedrooms was worn and stained, Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and would recommend this place to others.

Multi generation spring break stay

3 generations (2 grandparents, 2 adults, 2 kids 3&5) stayed here and enjoyed it! The condo was clean, nice, and well decorated. Beds were good and kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and the chairs were great! Location of the property was great! Close to pier Park and newer parts of PCB. It was out first time and we went during spring break so didn't know what to expect and we all agreed the condo and the experience was great!
