This newly redecorated, luxury condo has recent updates throughout! We are delighted to share our professionally decorated, luxury condo on the highly sought-after 2nd floor. During your stay in Lemonade, you can access the sugar-gulf sands from one flight of stairs or take advantage of the dedicated elevator that only services floors 1-3. You will never have a wait to get to the beach or back inside!

With its floor-to-ceiling windows, the main living area is open with breathtaking views of the Gulf. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather for games or a movie on the 55" Samsung 4k SmartTV. Watch cable with HBO included or stream movies with your preferred streaming services. Games and books are conveniently located in the unit for your enjoyment at night or if it happens to rain. The living area features abundant seating, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, all with stunning ocean views. Off the living area is a gorgeous terrace with comfortable, oversized seating so everyone can enjoy the sunset while relaxing to the soothing sounds of waves crashing below....this cozy, boho-style outdoor living space has been thoughtfully designed to provide a second living space.

The newly updated kitchen has quartz countertops and stainless steel Samsung appliances. Enjoy the built-in air fryer in the range and a large French door refrigerator that easily accommodates the food and drinks you need for your stay. Also, the kitchen includes 2 coffee makers (a new traditional Mr. Coffee and a new Keurig) and all the small appliances and utensils you will need for making meals for your family to enjoy. With the open floor plan, the dining area boasts a round dining table with seating for 6, plus 4 bar stools.

There are TWO king bedrooms. The OCEAN FRONT primary bedroom has a pillowtop king bed, a Samsung 43" Smart 4k TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a quartz double vanity. This primary bedroom is perfectly decorated with attention to detail and has all the comforts of home – ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach or a day of shopping and dining at the many restaurants at nearby Pier Park. The bedroom showcases ocean views through large double windows and a private entrance onto the terrace. The second king bedroom is spacious with a 40" HDTV and is connected to the second bath. In the front of the property, there is a third bedroom with a twin bunk over a full bed. This bedroom has a barn door for added privacy.

There is a stackable washer and dryer unit conveniently located in the condo between the primary and secondary bedrooms.

AQUA is a premier direct beachfront resort with everything you need for your guests to have a wonderful vacation. All water sports rentals, such as pontoon, banana boat rides, parasailing, and jet skis are nearby. Live like a local and enjoy great food and karaoke just across the street at Shuckums!

NOTE: Effective January 1, 2021, ALL Aqua guests must PRE-REGISTER for parking by going to https://www.aquaparking.net. Guests will need to register and pay $35 plus tax per vehicle per week to park on-site. This is an AQUA COA rule, and any monies collected for parking passes go directly to the COA. Guests may purchase up to 2 Parking passes. In the event you have more than 2 cars, please visit the Panama City Beach website for public parking options. This can be a lot to manage properly, especially during peak season. You will be able to message us DIRECTLY if you encounter any issues during your stay, so we can address issues quickly and you can continue to enjoy everything that PCB has to offer. We put in a tremendous amount of care, effort, and focus to make our condo top-notch. Our goal is to provide a CLEAN, comfortable condo with all of the comforts of home, so all you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your vacation! We are constantly refreshing and updating our condo to make it one of the best on the beach. This is our family home-away-from-home, so we have taken great care to make it an enjoyable, cozy retreat! Recently, we have added new curtains in the master bedroom, all new ceiling fans with remotes, a new boho-style kitchen light, a new 8 x 10 outdoor rug, new outdoor accent jute rugs, an outdoor wicker/rattan rocking chair, and new outdoor accent tables, which are not reflected in the photos.
