This beautifully decorated condo, features stunning views from the 12th floor of the 'AQUA' blue gulf waters from the private balcony. The condo can accommodate 6 guests and is conveniently located to shopping, resturants and tourist attractions such as Pier Park, Gulf World, Miracle Strip Amusement Park, and Panhandle Helicopter rides. So many things to do within a short walking distance.

The gulf front master bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors leading to balcony, to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while viewing spectacular sunsets! Master also has a big walk in closet and spacious master bath that includes walk in shower, garden tub and double sinks.

There is a queen sleeper sofa and extra bunk room that will sleep 2 more .
Hall bath has walk in shower , toilet and single sink.

Kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked with everything (dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware) that you will need for a comfortable stay.
Dining area seats 4 with 2 extra seats at breakfast bar.

This condo was exceptional compared to many others we have stayed in while visiting PCB. Property was extremely clean and so close to all of the places we enjoy going to while visiting. Beds are very comfortable as noted in other reviews. We are already thinking of when we can come back to stay here again!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautifully decorated and conveniently located to our favorite restaurant, Diego’s and other attractions.We also enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful beach and free beach service (2 chairs and umbrella).Kelly, the owner, was quick to return calls and texts. We will definitely come back to this condo!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Two

This beach condo was perfect for our winter getaway. Beautiful views of the crystal clear turquoise gulf water and sunsets over the pier. Great for walks on the beach or to nearby Pier Park with plenty of shops and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kelly was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We had a couple issues with the appliances which she quickly addressed. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Beautiful and clean!

This place is so pretty and clean. It’s in the perfect location on the 12th floor. It’s up to date and everything is so beautiful. The master bedroom bed is SO comfy!!! Kelly responded to messages immediately and was so sweet!! We will definitely be staying in this place again and I have recommended this place to lots people already.

First of all, Kelly is the best host! She was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The condo was very well stocked and super clean on arrival. It’s also so cute and well decorated! The pictures do not do it justice. There are two walk in showers which was a nice surprise. The balcony has the best view and great furniture. The comfort of the master bed cannot be beat. The kids loved each having a tv adjacent to their bunks. Our family had the best vacation and we look forward to booking in the future.

We've been coming to PCB the last 5-6 years and we have a new place to stay. Not only was our room clean, it was updated and perfect for our family. We had two other couples down staying at Aqua and our room was the most updated. Kelly answered all my questions and made sure to let us know that we could check in early. She also checked on us and made sure we didn't. Red anything. The location of aqua made most of the things we did walking distance and the kids loved it. Don't miss out on this property - it's wonderful and Kelly is amazing!

Everything about this condo is amazing! It is EXTREMELY clean, the 12th floor is a great location, furniture and beds are comfortable and the host is terrific to work with. Aqua does a great job of upkeep on the entire property. The hallways, elevators, parking deck and pool areas are kept very clean. Highly recommend this condo!

Was decorated very cute. This was a quick girls getaway. I slept in the bunkroom and was pleasantly surprised at how cozy and comfortable the bunk bed was. I would definitely stay her again and bring my husband and grandson
